There is the main dinning room, as well as three additional private rooms for different sized parties. Service was great, the hostess and our server Matt were so warm and professional, Matt answered all of our questions and gave excellent service. The food and cocktails were delicious. I had the Chicken and waffles, served hot and the chicken had a nice crunch, I also had to have the Sally's French toast with Unicorn sugar, yes, I said Unicorn sugar! My drink was coconut caramel latte from the adult iced coffees menu. So delicious. One friend had the shrimp and avocado toast, she said it was great, her cocktail was Pineapple Mango Mojito Mocktail. Another friend had the cherry peach waffle and the Drops of Jupiter, that cocktail had Galaxy dust! Yup galaxy dust. Check out the photos.

I was so happy hahah. It's been a long time since I enjoyed a restaurant for more than just their food. We came here for my boyfriend's parent's anniversary and the server's were wonderful and honestly very thoughtful as well! They were very attentive to our table and refilled our waters often. I also say this because when my bf's parents ordered the halibut to split, they had brought out their meal in two individual plates that were beautifully plated, you would think they ordered separately! They also took our group picture! :) We ordered 2 orders of the Basement Snacks: For Two, 2 orders of their raw oysters for appetizers. For my entree I ordered the Shrimp Carbonara Rossa with a side of Asparagus. Everything was so good. Their buffalo wings were perfectly marinated and not too saucy, their ribs were so tender and the meat fell straight off the bone! My carbonara was also delicious. For dessert they even gave an anniversary treat which was so sweet. I ordered a Chocolate Cappuccino which was also great. 11/10! Wonderful and would recommend.

We had a lovely night out with a couple who are our long time and good friends and we looked forward to this evening! However, there was a problem at the beginning of the evening that is unacceptable... my husband went to park the car, our friends were waiting at the bar for us, I walked in first. My friend ordered me an Aperol Spritz and my husband a diet coke. My husband does not drink and has been very successful with his sobriety for many years. The bartender, (I later found out her name is Maureen and apparently she is a manager there), misunderstood the drink order so my friend reiterated that we wanted a diet coke and an Aperol Spritz (two separate drinks). The "diet coke" arrived in a soda glass with a lemon wedge (just like a diet coke would) and the Aperol Spritz arrived in a cocktail glass. My husband took a sip of the "diet coke" and asked me if it tasted like there was liquor in it. Sure enough there was. We immediately returned it and the other bartender confirmed that it was a mix of Aperol Spritz with diet coke in the soda glass. My husband confronted the bartender and told her about her grievous mistaken and full disclosure, he said this is a "big f$%ken mistake you made". She took absolutely no responsibility for her error and shouted at him that she "was told to make a diet coke with Aperol Spritz". Truth be told, we clarified the drink order to her and why would she present the "diet coke" in a soda glass if it indeed was a cocktail. She went full "Karen mode" on him when she should have apologized. My request is that she re-trains in customer service and her ability to mix drinks! Like I said above, the food was excellent, the waiter was great, but this error is a serious error. People do make mistakes, but please acknowledge your mistakes and take care with serious issues. The dining experience was great, but I cannot give a 5 star due to the error.

I got a Sazerac with cognac, I usually get that but this time they didn't have Pierre Ferran for they only had Ansac. I personally don't care for Ansac so I believe it totally changed the taste of the drink. The bartender could tell. I didn't like it and he asked me about four times " Are you sure I change it? It doesn't matter." I'm like if you're gonna ask me that many times then let's change it. So I got a sidecar and that was fire.

I could see how this might be a little harder to get a seat for a bigger group if you aren't there before 6. It seemed that once a group got a big table, they camped out. The drinks were strong and creative. Friendly bartenders, good music, and yummy options for bar snacks. Also, the bathroom is a nice touch. Given the hell theming for the bar, the bathroom is a 180 and while using the Lou, you can listen to the bible being recited. Theres also a spooky surprise if you press the button in the bathroom. Speaking of the bathroom, it is at the bottom of some decently narrow stairs. So, try and stay sober enough for stairs or you may fall. Go to this bar. You will have fun.

From our initial trip last year, I had marked a place called Bar 369 Miroku located in Hell's Kitchen. Being that we didn't make our way to the spot on our trip last year, and were staying in Hell's Kitchen this time around, I wanted us to check out. The only challenge was actually finding it. If you're seeking out this gorgeous speakeasy. You aren't going to find it through some darkened alleyway or non-marked door of a building outside. No. You need to check the website and read between the lines of it being located within a sushi bar on West 46th Street. I could tell you the name, but what fun would that be? Figure that part out. But once you figure out how to access, the staff at said-sushi bar will direct you to the back of the restaurant to wheee you will see a sign for the bar and a stairwell to take you up to the second floor. Once you reach and look around, it looks at first you have reached a dead end between the emergency exit you see and a door that looks locked. There is a black curtain in the darkened hallway you need to notice and peer through. And alas, you will discover the bar that is Bar 369 Miroku. Once you have been checked for ID, and your party number, you are escorted into the small, darkly-lit enclave with plush decor, a bit of a Rolling Stones theme with its large poster hung in the back and artwork perched next to the bar shelving. It's an intimate and relaxed energy that makes it perfect to enjoy one of the Japanese-inspired cocktails on an evening after dinner. The hideaway offers a creative mix of craft cocktail options such as the Ichitaki Spritz (a variation of the Aperol spritz with sake in it), which was quite delightful that I enjoyed immensely within the dark lounge surroundings. If we were here more often, I would have taken advantage of their Japanese whisky selection that looked on point. There is a delectable charm to their curation and craftsmanship of their cocktails, combined with the luscious ambience that makes for a great hangout spot to get away and relax for the night. Bar 369 Miroku hits the mark regarding the speakeasy experience you would think to have when describing one, outside of not needing a password. The bar combines dark, stylish elegance with modern Japanese mixology magic to create an environment nestled deep away from the busy Manhattan streets outside.
