These other places wanted to charge $100+ just for a quick 5 min diagnostic. Lester's was very straightforward with me as to what they thought was the problem over the phone, and didn't charge me a single thing for a diagnostic. They don't upcharge on the parts and have a very fair pricing model, and were able to diagnose the issue and change all my spark plugs for 30% cheaper than what other shops were estimating it would cost. They also gave me great advice on how to fix my bumper's scrapes, without having to refinish the whole thing. Lester's is one of the most HONEST and STRAIGHTFORWARD mechanics I've been to, and they don't try to sell you more than what you need. He said I'd be amazed with the results, I wasn't expecting perfection, but what I paid is expect better. In front of front tire this "paste" was left. He said it'd turn to powder and wipe off, it didn't and the parts that did left dark paint. The 2 doors are bumpy and the paint to fix it underneath is still visible. In front of the back tire, they tried to paint and the paint peeled off. He said he'd come back to buff it out. I ended up getting rid of the car.
