So Happy New Year to us and them lol, we are traveling in our RV and in a rural road we got a blowout in the middle of nowhere, kinda scared and worried about where to find help, we looked everywhere and nobody was open, and the few that were wanted TONS of money for the tire and service, I do understand is a holiday and everybody wants to go and celebrate, but there's no need to be so greedy. So my husband found this place and they were so nice, friendly, and accommodating, we drove to their tire place and not only did they give us a fantastic service but also really good prices, we ended up changing all the tires. We received the worst service here and the work they did could have cost us our lives....after having an alignment here, three weeks later we had two blowouts within 24 hours of one another on I-10 heading East towards Texas. One in Tuscon, next one outside Seguin at 1 am. After we disputed the bill and their part in this, we told them we were not going to pay for the tire they replaced and I specifically told them not to contact my 85 yr old mother. They sent her a letter asking her to pay for a service provided to my husband and I. I'm so angry that they preyed on my aging mother that I decided that it was time to speak out. I wonder what recourse people like my mom have to things like this? read more

On my way back to Austin, and to a stressful appointment, and I got a flat tire in Cuero, TX. I was very worried about missing my appointment or being very late. The manager at Lantz tire sent a truck out almost immediately and had my tire patched and back on in less than 50 minutes. Was very grateful for the very nice man who was surrounded by 5 women fussing over the car. He was patient, polite and speedy. Could not be more pleased.
