Do not go here for alterations. I took some pants in to be…read morealtered but they don't do any measurements for you, you just have to give them the measurements you want. The problem with this is you don't see what the final product is going to look like until they have actually made the cuts. I took my favorite pair of pants in to be altered and they are completely ruined and unwearable now. I went in to try to get a refund and the person there argued with me for several minutes before finally giving me a refund, but she would only do so by keeping the pants. I refused, a $25 refund is insulting compared to the price of the pants. Terrible service, terrible work, don't go here.

Very fair for a real down comforter. I couldn't pickup right away and came back about 2-3 weeks later and it wasn't an issue. By that time, it was sold to a new owner. The old owner was very helpful and offered suggestions for pillows and other items to clean. They couldn't clean a 5x7 area rug though in case anyone was looking. I am very pleased with them and would def go back for other dry cleaning items.

Not only was my drop off ticket incorrect and missing an item (which I had to call back later and correct over the phone) but they lost (for 2 hours) one of my vintage velvet coats that was somehow separated from the group of clothes upon pickup. It made this business look very shady and unpro and made me wonder if the girl at the corner was trying to rack my jacket. My clothes however were well taken care of and nicely pressed.

Unfortunately I had to go back to using them for some of my less valuable items due to the more reliable cleaner in Incline closing down. I brought in a garment the other day and asked that no thermal barcodes be attached. Today I brought in another item and, while asking for no barcodes, the lady rudely interrupted me and says "yea no barcodes I know. Its more work for us so of course I remember you" So apparently even though they are a dry cleaner, don't ask them to take special care of your items

When I came to pick it up, I felt rushed by Mia to try it on and take it off. She immediately began talking about how much work it was and how many hours she'd spent on it, which gave me the sense she was trying to justify an inflated price. Sure enough, she charged me $150. When she saw my reaction, she said, "I don't like complainers, so I'll leave it to you for $130." After the fact, I checked reviews and realized I wasn't alone, others have had similar experiences. Take this as you will, but I've worked with several quality seamstresses in town, and none have charged anywhere near that amount for similar alterations and materials.
