It's especially nice in the evenings when the weather cools down and people are out playing basketball, soccer, or just relaxing. There are a lot of courts and fields here, so it's perfect if you want to be active or bring friends for a game. I also like that there's plenty of parking and the park usually feels pretty clean and maintained. Overall it's one of the better parks in the Riverside area if you want somewhere with space and a good community vibe.

They have a huge field where we play baseball, soccer and fly our kites! They have an awesome playground for all ages and a sing basketball court that is shared by all! Today was a great day and the weather was perfect for our afternoon end! There r so many people there at any given time and any given day! It was a great end to a beautiful Easter Sunday! Even had soap and warm water. There was an air show going on at the local airport, so it was cool to visit here for a bit and catch some of the planes as they were flying by.

The plants and flowers are beautiful as well. River Walk Trail spans for about 3 miles, so it's perfect for some outside time to get steps and take your kids or dog out to roam. The only downside is if you don't live nearby, there's nowhere to park unless you use a nearby shopping center parking lot. There are also no restrooms other than in the businesses on the opposite side of the street. Part of the trail is in a residential area, so you may need to plan ahead, especially if you have small children with you who may need to use the restroom frequently.

There was overflowing trash cans in every area, trash all over the fields and nobody from the city clearing anything out. None of the porta potties had water in the hand washing stations first thing Sunday morning, also the fields are in bad shape with dangerous divots/holes and uneven playing surfaces. Yes, it's conveniently located next to many shopping centers and eateries, but in no way would I make this the main hub field for all future tournaments. I didn't like the fact that each field was separated by a road or parking lot as vehicles impatiently speed thru making it dangerous for the kids, definitely one of the worst fields/parks we have been to play soccer at over many years.
