Hit or miss depends on who's working I guess. I normally try to support local coffee shops, but my…read moreexperience here was deeply disappointing and offensive. From the moment I walked in, I felt unwelcome. The staff's behavior toward me was noticeably different from how they treated other customers. Instead of being greeted with respect, I was spoken to in a dismissive, almost mocking way. What made this worse is that it wasn't just bad service--it was racist. They played in my face as if my presence didn't matter, while showing warmth and courtesy to others. No customer deserves to be treated that way, especially in a space that claims to serve the community. Coffee shops are supposed to be places of comfort and inclusion, but this establishment failed completely. I won't be returning, and I hope management takes a hard look at how they treat people of color.
