As always Miki Fargo took the best care of me. I saw this beautiful blue mini 2025 in their ad and I came in and said I want that one. Sure enoughI I was driving off the lot with it the next day This is my seventh Mini, so you know what I'm talking about!!! Go ahead and test drive one today !

I had an amazing experience ordering my 2024 JCW Clubman at Bob Smith MINI. I already owned a 2020 Clubman S and I was wanting to upgrade to the JCW model. Several MINI enthusiasts from a FB group I belong to, recommended Jacinda Olivas and she was very helpful with ordering my new Clubman. During both ordering and final negotiations, I felt no pressure whatsoever and I loved the very relaxed atmosphere. Chris, the sales manager was awesome as well. If you're shopping for your next MINI, I highly recommend Bob Smith MINI and Jacinda as your sales advisor.

Do you have to be in some type of exclusive owners club to get them to answer the damn service phones? That seems to be the biggest complaint on here yet they do nothing to change it. I too was one of those people who waited 20 mins for an advisor just to have a non advisor answer the phone and send me to an advisors voicemail. Shit I could have done that at the beginning of the phone call. My Mini had a service notification so on the app it took me to Bob Smith scheduling. Ok let me give them one more try. I saw the name of a service advisor and was sent a text asking "how can I help you schedule service". That was on Sept 22nd today is the 28th and not one reply back since. I ended up at South Bay BMW/MINI last week which wasn't a great experience but it was way better than old "no phone answering" ass Bob Smith. What is it with dual branded (BMW/MINI) dealerships that seem to make MINI owners feel like the bastard-child, burdensome brand? Out of three encounters at this dealership, only one was 5 stars, the other two straight zeros. From now on it's dedicated MINI dealerships only!!

My wife and I came into Bob Smith Mini to look at a used vehicle we saw online, and we were introduced to Jacinda. Jacinda was so extremely pleasant to work with, and I recommend seeing her if you're in the market for a vehicle. We also met her General Manager who was also extremely pleasant, and not what a car dealership G.M. usually is like. This dealership has it figured out, and I'm glad we bought from them.

Why go to a dealership? I don't know about others but, this is why you will want to go to Bob Smith for all your mini servicing. It starts with professional service, quick response, and of course knowledgeable repair staff. Trust me, I've used my share of import repair shops, some quite good, I've also done many of my own repairs. That said, what do you get for the extra cost? Jannie, my service rep, keeps me informed by sending texts on the progress, she insures I have a ride home (rental or loaner), Bob Smith staff are courteous, have a waiting area with a coffee bar, and always make sure you are taken care of. When I pickup the car, it's been washed and is promptly delivered to me with nearly no waiting. It's been awhile since I've met smiling staff with a true focus on customer service. We're all busy but, have patience, Bob Smith Mini has you covered.

I decided to buy my beautiful Caribean Blue Metalic Mini Cooper convertible after leasing it for 36 months. The process went smoothly and Miki Forgo was excellent. He is highly knowledgeable, professional, and pleasant to work with (unusual in the car business). Highly recommend Miki if you are interested in getting a Mini. The dealership is top-notch overall and it is always a pleasure to go there for service.

Responsive, honest mobile mechanic -- made fixing my son's truck from out of town incredibly easy…read more I live in Ventura, but my college-aged son lives in Newhall while attending school. Recently he noticed the battery light stayed on and several electrical things weren't working correctly. Thankfully he drove the truck straight back to his apartment. Since I don't know any repair shops in the area and didn't want to deal with towing the truck somewhere, I searched for a mobile mechanic and found On The Go Mechanic. I reached out around 7 PM on a Friday, and he responded by 9 PM that same night. By 10 AM Saturday morning, he was already at my son's apartment. The diagnostic was $75, and he quickly confirmed the problem was the alternator. He explained that it might take until Tuesday or Wednesday to locate the correct OEM alternator and mentioned he prefers OEM because many aftermarket ones don't last as long. I appreciated the honesty. He didn't require a deposit and said he'd call when he located the part. To my surprise, first thing Monday morning he called to say he had tracked one down, but there were two possible versions and he needed to remove the old one to confirm which was correct. He came out, removed the alternator, sourced the right replacement, and returned shortly after. After a deposit for the part, he finished the job in about two hours, including reinstalling everything. He even sent me a video of the truck running with the correct voltage reading, which was great since I wasn't there in person. Because I was coordinating everything remotely from Ventura, this could have been stressful -- but he made the whole process very easy, transparent, and professional. Communication was excellent and payment through Zelle was simple. If you' need a reliable mobile mechanic, I would absolutely recommend On The Go Mechanic.
