Went last Sunday and again today. Chocolate milk tasted like water. One order didn't come as stated. We had waitress fix this. Today I ordered water. But the meal did not come as stated. Had 4 sausages and no bacon. Waitress took plate back and brought it back out minus 2 sausages. Than said they put the bacon on it will take a few minutes. Business has really gone down hill! We asked about the suasages and all she said was she had to take it back to proof she wasn't lieing about the bacon. Stu posies the thing I have ever seen. We won't be back. read more

BobEvans over Denny's breakfast ANYday. Tends to be understaffed at times but waitress and hosts have always been pleasant. Willing to work with big family reservations. Awesome kids menu "piggie pancakes" are a hit with the 3yo. Free WiFi is a plus, I've taken my work laptop some weekdays and it's alway a relaxed atmosphere. While I boast their breakfast, I'm not too keen on the dinner dishes. read more

Our Silverware was still Dirty with waterspots and food on it. And we had to pay EXTRA FOR REFILLS and she didn't tell is and brought us refills when we didn't ask. The waiter TIF was pushy and wanted us to pay for everything when we hadn't finished eating yet. They are basically scammers. Do not eat here. read more

My teenage son, his buddy, and I enjoyed a nice breakfast this morning. The staff was all very friendly, and our server, Tif, was exceptional. The food was well liked by each of us. The only negative was how wobbly our table was, as it's hard to fathom how it's so bad, but the good definitely outweighed the negative. read more

Went in for breakfast, standing in line to be seated, and they seated 4 people that got there after I did. This place is a joke!

Stopped for dinner after the Christmas Parade, looking forward to a nice hot meal. Well.... The restaurant was not crowded at all for 7:00pm with empty tables everywhere. We were met by the hostess who asked our name and said there was a 15 minute wait due to "kitchen timing". We joined 4 other couples who were also crowded near the front door waiting. FINALLY we were seated - in the far back corner crammed next to a table of 8 who were loudly celebrating a birthday. I don't understand why, when many tables are available, they put us so close to another table. Every time the server went to their table, her hind end was literally in our face. Gross. We ordered sandwiches and fries because we wanted to just get food quickly and figured it would be another big wait for a larger meal. Regardless, it took about a half hour for a cheeseburger and ham & cheese sandwich. When the server brought our food to us, both plates had about 8-10 COLD fries on them. Our server apologized and offered to bring more fries. We went ahead and ate the sandwiches and after we finished them, here came the fries. Timing was HORRIBLE. Meanwhile, I noticed several tables asking for more fries. Evidently there was a problem in the kitchen. The table next to us got up to leave and our "dessert" was their butts displayed a little too close to us. Not their fault, but again, avoidable by seating us somewhere else. We got our check and left, unsatisfied and still hungry. This was our second disappointing trip to this particular restaurant in 6 months. We will choose another place to eat next time. read more

Sometimes the food is relatively great sometimes it's subpar. The waitress Diane is absolutely awful! She is rude, impatient and very inattentive. She basically throws your dinner plate at you and only acknowledges you when her shift is ending and she wants you to get up and go pay for your order even when you haven't finished your meal. I would think Bob Evan's would surely have higher customer service standards. read more

For a Sunday brunch at a place promoted as good old country cooking, I'm pretty disappointed. Slow service and cold food, but the food quality was worse. I asked for onions with my hash browns, expecting them to be cooked with the potatoes, like you would for German fries, but they just dumped diced, raw, cold onions on top after they were plated. Scrambled eggs came as just a solid block of overlooked egg, and both the eggs and hash browns tasted like they were cooked on a dry, unseasoned griddle, with no butter or grease at all. And while the sausage gravy tastes good, it's such a dark brown that it's not very appetizing looking. I won't go back, and I'd have reservations about any other Bob Evans restaurant, based on this experience. read more

My husband and I dined in on a Friday morning. The wait staff seemed snarky and acted like she just didn't have time for us, even though there weren't many other patrons there. We both were in the restrooms, sick, before we paid for our meal. Food poisoning which lasted for the four hours or so. read more

If you are trying to get a to-go-cup, good luck getting one in a timely manner. It took the waitress forever and a day to get my friend a to-go-cup for his Coke. Other that service was good and so was the food. read more
