Let's be honest; you come here for consistent, okay food. The wait staff makes the visit good for bad...I had a terrible. Worst waitress experience I have ever had! I was even snapped at from across the room, with "yours is next". I literally watched a BLY sandwich sit in the heat lamp for 13 minutes while my waitress was no where to be found. How is this place even still open? Wish I would've check the reviews before coming cause the food was trash. Ordered turkey and stuffing. Place was pretty empty maybe 6 other people eating. Took 20 mins to get the food and it was cold.... The turkey was clearly toss in the microwave frozen it was dry couldn't eat it. Mac and cheese was more like noodles and water only halfway cooked. I just left restaurant after arguing with the cashier "Sarah's who was completely out of line, managers standing there. I asked for a credit on an omelet I did not receive. Would have given 0 stars if it would let me. Called to place an order and I understand it was 40 min till closing but instead of the worker telling me they were not accepting orders they told me to hang on and left me on hold for over 10 min. Never picked back up. Called back and they immediately put me on hold again without even answering. From now on I will use the other location. At least they are friendly and courteous. read more

Went in Bob Evans around 7:15 one evening last week to order for takeout. Stood in their reception area for about 7-8 minutes and was NEVER even acknowledged. I left and phoned the manager after I'd had a chance to think about their poor service. He apologized, but made excuses for how hectic things had been. I usually come here when I am here for business. It always depends who I get as a waitress. Sometimes the experience is great and I am taken care of well. Sometimes, I get a bad waiter/waitress, and the experience is terrible. Like today I ordered a Cobb salad, and it was missing key ingredients. You do not want to do pick up here when buying potato soup! First we called it in & they said to give the 15 min. ( No problem) we arrive 15 min later & walk in they so the girl say, ughh let me go get it ready. 15 min later she comes back with our order. Then on top of this They used to give plenty of bacon bits & chives. I mean literally like a whole cup full, which was enough for two quarts of soup ( this is the amount we buy) the last 2 times we have bought from this place the have given a small small amount! Barley enough for one bowl of soup. I gave stars only service. Our waitress was pleasant and courteous. I ordered a mushroom, onion, and cheddar omelet without a side or bread. Omelet arrived cold and the shredded cheese on top wouldn't even melt. The mushrooms and onions inside the omelet were generous portions but raw and cold. This Bob Evans location is not worth eating at. The hostess also sat patrons at tables that were supposed to be closed per COVID safety guidelines.
