I can say overall that going with them was the best decision I ever made. We actually bought the tires last year (2021), they replaced all four tires and did some extra alignment work that needed to happen. Since then they've held up so well, and I haven't had to have any work done with the tires since. Though Fox Tire gave us the least expensive option, they absolutely have the BEST tires to offer, and absolutely fabulous service on top of it. A year later now, I discovered a nail in my tire and was worried it'd have to be replaced. After stressing about the expense of some new tires I ended up bringing my car back to Fox with the original receipt for the tires to get an opinion on whether I would need to replace it. Fortunately, they were able to patch my tire. FOR FREE, because I still had my receipt from buying tires from them originally. SAVE YOUR RECEIPTS PEOPLE!! They absolutely saved my life today. They weren't busy at all so they were able to take my car in right away and patch it up no problem. It took less than ten minutes. FABULOUS service. The team here is so nice and they took a huge weight off of my shoulders being able to take care of the issues with my tires so quickly. After I brought the tires in, they offered only $10 per tire, then raised it to just $12.50 per tire. That is $50 total for four good-condition EV winter tires that originally cost around $1,000. The offer was ridiculously low and felt like a complete waste of my time. I would not recommend bringing used tires here unless you are ready to be lowballed.

The car is just two years old and has 7,000 miles. She picked up a nail in her tire unexpectedly, it was holding air and she never knew until a tech pointed it out to her. She asked if it would still pass inspection and they told her no, absolutely not, and quoted her almost $600 for two tires mounted, but they didn't have them in stock and asked her to come back. They told her the vehicle was safe to drive, however. I heard this story from her and immediately phoned the service department and left a message. They did not call back in the 3 days before her appointment, so I pulled the nail myself and plugged it. It was on the flat of the tire, not the sidewall or the edge. It was holding air very well and I explained to my grandmother to call the service department and tell them her grandson had repaired the tire and she'd like her sticker, having already paid for the inspection. When she went into the dealership on her own (I was at work, regretfully) they pressured and bullied an old lady into purchasing one tire for a 7,000 mile old car with practically brand new rubber. These tires had already passed the tread depth check and the plug was strong, but when a mechanic tells an old woman she NEEDS to pay this money, she complies. I will be encouraging my grandmother to take the vehicle elsewhere from here on, and I want to get the word out that Bob Johnson in Leroy is taking advantage of elders.

Roadmasters' Car Concierge, Raymond, found a 1927 Model T, talked to the seller, had his mechanic talk to the seller, negotiated a price for the extras tires, went and looked at it with his mechanic (with me and my husband), hauled it back to Roadmasters, had his mechanics go over it and service it, and had his Model T guy give me lessons. They do everything! I would have never bought this type of car without knowing people that knew what they were doing and could service it and store it during the winter. I am living the dream that was mirely only a distant thought for years. (And I thought I wanted a golf cart!...this is so much more fun :) I'm so lucky to be a Model T owner that when I ride along the road, everyone smiles... but their smile is not bigger than mine!! I was towed from a "Business Patrons, 1 hour" section on a Saturday night. Businesses were closed…read more(except for the pizza spot), very few cars in the lot. I went back out after 1.5 hours to get a bag and check on my car, it was gone. I told the dispatcher I had a sound check for a show, the parking garage nearby is closed, businesses were mostly closed and no one was in the lot, and had returned to check on it it -- he initially felt bad but then became rude, stating it was $425 and wouldn't budge on price. Keep in mind, city tows are $275. I got there after my show at 12:30am -- just a truck sitting at the gate, no light, no office. The kid there said he was just about to leave. I asked for a receipt by text and never received a response. I also asked for the contract between the property management co and Kosiken's, no response. They could have written a ticket or put a boot on. This is legal theft & coercion.
