Now as you can see in the photo, the crab landed in front of me with a big ole cup of mayonnaise..... hmmm ..... Now normally I don't dream of steamy crab legs covered in hellmans, but thanks to a few pints I was feeling brave. You will just have to try it yourself if you are feeling dubious, but mix in some fresh lemon juice with that white goop and dip away - that is a tasty mess! Who would have thought crab and mayo? Oh and the beer in the pics is not some blonde mess (i don't like the loaf of bread in a glass) it is Smithwicks ale - pronounced smith-icks - which seems to taste pretty dang good with everything.
