I had a bunch of questions as it was going to be our first time. I had a few back and forth phone calls with Dan who was incredibly helpful with all my questions and helped us set up a day on the river. When we arrived we were greeted by the staff and guides who could not have been nicer. They explained everything to us and helped us be fitted for our vests and helmets. When we got to the river they gave us through safety instructions for the river and made us feel we were in good hands. Alex was our guide and he was terrific! Not only did he do a great job guiding us down the river but was a wealth of information about the local birds and wildlife.
