I've had countless issues that you wouldn't expect with a new boat. For credibility, I will say I purchase motor vehicles often and I understand quirks but this boat has been INSANE. Short list of items (i.e. received a rusty trailer, received wrong spec sheet, boat instrument cluster was DOA, most of the buttons for boat cover ripped out of fiber glass, electrical issues, loose boot caused it to nearly sunk while docked). I've never made much of a fuss about any of this as I know boats can be finicky and it's just a toy but I wanted to warn others. Marine Center boats basically have no warranty and you're SOL even if you have issues on delivery and you point them out. Marine Center service isn't knowledgeable / capable and Bayliner warranty points me back to the dealership. ... Don't expect anything . If you have any questions feel free to messege me on Yelp. Alesia took note of our concerns about a broken locator transducer & rotten bunk rails. She ignored the issues but that didn't sway us from buying the boat since we drive 7 hours. When the new seats arrived in a completely different color & pattern, I emailed Alecia. With no response in a week, I called. She said they would not accept return of the incorrect seats and it was my problem. When I explained the trolling motor they said was in good working order had overheated & shorted out. She hung up on me. They all acted like a trustworthy family business but definitely don't care about their customers or conducting business in a reputable manner. Don't even consider going there. I am not looking for a warranty on my purchase, only to receive what was agreed upon prior to sale, MAYCHING FABRIC SEAT REPLACEMENTS $900 value. Aleica wouldn't accept a return complaining of return shipping costs and hanging up on me instead of working towards a resolution.
