I've never been lied to and been told things that were so much BS in my entire life. Brittany is horrible and bold face lied that she contacted Mercury when they had no record of her ever calling. The trim isn't working and they're telling me because of a $5 part that is "damaged" I've voided the warranty due to what they told Mercury. I haven't touched the boat nor any part of it to result in them wanting me to pay $1500+ when it is still under factory warranty and on top of that it has a platinum warranty.

And I did NOT make it easy on them. I showed up with 1,000 questions, 3 moods, 5 budget breakdowns, and the full-blown "I'm about to make a terrible-but-awesome life decision" shakes. I stared at price tags like they personally offended me. I said "Okay but..." at least 47 times. And somehow... they still smiled. They made the whole thing painless, stress-free, and weirdly fun--like a therapy session, but with cupholders. Now we're the proud owners of a 2026 Bennington 20" SSR, and our future officially includes sunshine, water, and a brand new financial motto: B.O.A.T. = Bust Out Another Thousand Worth it. The customer service and communication from Sales and Management, specifically Tyler, are quite possibly the worst I have every received on an expenditure over $1,000. Promises were completely broken with a total lack of integrity. I needed to call, text and email several times to get a response. I still have an open item that will now probably not get resolved as a result of this review, but don't care anymore. The purchase of my first boat was supposed to be a great experience but was actually very frustrating and painful. Save yourself the pain and spend $1,000 more with another dealer.

Alesia took note of our concerns about a broken locator transducer & rotten bunk rails. She ignored the issues but that didn't sway us from buying the boat since we drive 7 hours. She said they would not accept return of the incorrect seats and it was my problem. When I explained the trolling motor they said was in good working order had overheated & shorted out. She hung up on me. They all acted like a trustworthy family business but definitely don't care about their customers or conducting business in a reputable manner. Don't even consider going there. I am not looking for a warranty on my purchase, only to receive what was agreed upon prior to sale, MAYCHING FABRIC SEAT REPLACEMENTS $900 value. Aleica wouldn't accept a return complaining of return shipping costs and hanging up on me instead of working towards a resolution.
