We owned an older travel trailer and had 2 tire blow outs in the same day on the way home from a trip. We were just going to have it fixed and trade it in for a newer one that suited our needs better. We had already gone to a few other dealers to look at travel trailers so we already knew pretty much the floor plan and amenities we wanted so we just needed to narrow it down to make and model. They put us with salesman Gerald. He showed us new and used trailers with what we wanted and others just to make sure it wasn't something we didn't think about. We were up front that we still had to get ours fixed first before we could purchase a new one. He got us with service so they could get an estimate written. Ours ended up having $14,000 in damage and ended up being a total loss. Gerald was so patient and allowed us to put a deposit on the one we wanted until we settled with our insurance company. This took almost a month but Gerald still held the one for us. Not one time did Gerald try to pressure us into buying a better model or something that didn't make sense for us. We finally settled with the insurance company was ready to purchase. Gerald got us scheduled with finance and delivery within a few days. Both of these teams were outstanding. Quick and easy. They advised of additional warranties and upgrades to purchase but no pressure and moved right on when we declined. The delivery guy that showed us how to work everything spent almost 2 hours with us. Everyone at modern Trailer Sales were outstanding. You get a gift certificate and discount in parts on the day of delivery. Even the parts department was great in our special order for what we wanted. We could have purchased this floor plan at a couple of different dealers but Gerald is what made us want to do business at Modern Trailer Sales. I have and will always recommend this place for sales and service.

There was water under the bathroom sink and on the bedroom floor so we knew we couldn't drive on. Finally I called Braun's because they carry Lance trailers. They said they were backed up but bring it in. We dropped it off as they were closing on Saturday and they had fixed the problem by noon on Monday. (We feared we be living with a water bucket on the trip or have to leave it at the Braun's and pick it up on the way back!) I can't say enough about the concern and service provided by the manager Mike and the technician. They were amazing and salvaged our trip to see our grandson. I wish we had a comparable dealer in Maryland.

I don't even know where to start. When John called to deliver the bad news and walk me through my options / his recommendations he was so kind and patient, answering every single one of my questions with plenty of detail. The night before, I had left him a voicemail and had mentioned a possible warranty on the engine in passing. He went above and beyond by calling local dealerships and checking (I believe it was) NHTSA to see if there were any active warranties that would cover me. The entire time I felt like this team had my best interest at heart. I know they probably see tons of customers a week, but they made me feel like more than just another job, which meant the absolute world to me. Unfortunately, my best option was to get a new car. While I worked through everything with Hyundai and searched for a replacement, they've let me keep my car on their lot for a generous amount of time, leaving me with one less thing I've had to worry about during this very stressful time. My Car Doc is a masterclass in customer service and I cannot recommend them enough!!!! I have so much gratitude for this team, and I will absolutely be back for any future services on my new car.

When I texted at 12:25 PM asking his arrival time, he said he couldn't come due to weather--even though it wasn't raining--and then pushed availability to next Thursday, which doesn't work for me due to a scheduled surgery. He has avoided completing the work he was paid to do. I paid a $100 diagnostic fee (with the understanding it would go toward repairs), and we agreed on a $450 total. He later increased the price to $750 without justification. I have invoices showing the originally agreed work and costs. He also failed to properly diagnose the issue, which could have included a simple code reset and pressure test. I even provided proof from AutoZone showing no parts were purchased for my vehicle. Overall, this was unprofessional and unreliable service. Proceed with caution. When he told me he was only 19 years old it all made sense. Please do not use his guy, but if you do know he is just a back yard mechanic.
