Well I don't think this is standard practice, but my partner got some lovely flowers from the owner which made her day... I admit, I don't buy them for her as often as I probably should... So she'd say anyway. The pizza was loaded with toppings and offered a nice flavourful bite. The cheese was nice and thick, which while it tasted good probably wasn't the best thing for me. Still, we don't eat pizza as a diet food, so who cares. An awesome little place locked away behind Ingle Farm Shopping Centre.

The problem I'm facing here is how to distinguish it from any other pizza bar and how to recommend it to you if you have another pizza place local to you. I guess the sad truth is that I can't. As I mentioned in the previous paragraph, Miro's is a damn fine pizza place, it really is. It has a fresh new setup in the Gepps X Homemaker Centre, it has a decent menu, but it doesn't really offer anything new. This does NOT mean it's bad in any way, shape or form so please don't take that statement the wrong way. If you're in the area I suggest giving them a go. Their gourmet pizzas are fantastic, and their prices are pretty decent too. I really do enjoy the place & I feel bad that I can't say anything more than I could about any other pizza place I review...

He asked me what my major in University was (which was Psychology), and he jokingly replied, "So you've come to analyse me!" He made me smile with that one. And I noticed he jokes around with every customer and co-worker! But seriously, do they know how to make pizzas properly! (Awww...man this dough and meat is fresh and soft, not like the try-hard local stores who end up making it hard to eat!) If you're looking for a delicious and authentic Italian-made pizza with fresh dough and toppings that should be expected in Italian pizza, than you can take Salvatore's Slice of Italy's name, which is a genuine original Italian name, and turn it into "The Freshest and Softest Pizza in Adelaide" - especially after you wash a slice or two down with a couple of cans of soft drinks! The chef was so friendly, when I asked what the gorgeous photos on his wall came from, he told me stories of his trips overseas back home to the beautiful pristine islands of Italy, and all his cousins. He said his uncles from Italy were the ones who taught him how to make pizzas for life. I love immigrants who never forget where they came from, or apply what they learnt in their younger years to run a successful business or job for the rest of their life. I went in thinking I knew what to expect, and I was wrong. I ordered my staple: a BBQ chicken pizza. Normally I'd expect the sauce to be thin, the meat to be sparse and for the meats on top to be bland. Instead I found the sauce to have a nice kick to it, the toppings were plentiful (that was the first thing I noticed when I opened the box) and the meats were nice and spicy. The prices were also more than reasonable. Surprisingly it's the only non Indian restaurant along that group of shops. So if you're in the area and don't feel like Indian tonight, you could do far worse than venture a few shops down for a bit of pizza.
