The add-on items we wanted were taken care of at a fair price, professionally installed and done in a timely manner. Took the boat in for a fairly sizeable list of mostly minor issues. All taken care of free and to our satisfaction (with the exception of the bait wells but that is manufacturer issue! They did a work around and resolved it for us). Now 3 years later we are doing some upgrades to our electronics with a few other tweaks. Friendly folks providing excellent service at a fair price again. What more could you ask for?

Knowing that they are a small business we called ahead of time to schedule an appointment to view the camper we found through a third party listing. They responded almost immediately and remained very easy to get ahold of through the entire experience. They stayed a bit after hours for us to view the camper, answered all our questions, and - part of what we enjoyed the most - applied absolutely NO pressure to purchase whatsoever! Not once did we ever feel like we were being talked into a purchase. They wanted us to do what was best for our family and it was obvious! We agreed to purchase the camper on a handshake and let them know we would have to get some business in order. A couple of weeks later once all business was handled on our end we showed up for our scheduled final walk through and Darrell talked my husband and I through every inch of the camper as requested. He even generously helped my husband install a goose box attachment for no additional charge. Jerry had my bike to replace two rear CV boots for over a month saying the shipping was messed up and he hadn't received the parts, etc. etc. After almost 5 weeks I had a friend pick up my bike and my left rear hubcap was missing ( I know it was on when taken in) and after calling him to ask about it, he denied losing it and said he would replace it. Now, same old story about shipping, lost in shipping, hasn't been shipped yet, yada, yada , yada. Three weeks later and still no hubcap. I give up. AND, the boots he replaced were wrong cheap boots that look terrible and deformed. I recommend you drive a bit farther and get quality work done and told the truth when you ask questions.

So many reasons not to use this company. They replaced the batteries (took over 2 months) and ever since the replacement the cart would not work correctly. We kept telling them it was a wiring or bad battery issue. They picked up the cart three times and brought it back to us basically telling us we were the crazy ones. This last time they picked it up and finally found it was a bad battery and wiring. Ding ding ding. Like we said. I'm irate at the fact they would even ask for money from us after not being able to use the cart for nearly a year and leaving us stranded 3 times after it broke down right after telling us everything was okay. First time they delivered it we tried to use for Halloween but none of the lights worked they forgot to plug something in so we didn't get to use it, they picked it back up bright it back we tried to use it for a Christmas parade and got stranded a mile into it with the cart jerking and shutting off, they picked it up returned it for a 3rd time we paid to have a $100 battery meter, this time I got stranded picking up the kids from school with the battery meter full, it just shut off no power to the cart but they still didn't believe me that the cart was charged even with photo proof. All in all they had our cart more than we did this year returned it 3 times with nothing fixed. Funny thing is I was going to add a tip that they made things right but after them charging us anything do not so business with this company. I will attach all of our emails and photos when I get a chance. Originally when we bought our cart they said it would be 5-6 weeks, yall it was about 3 months. Just this 4th time them having it to fix it, under warranty, they had it for nearly two months. Do not trust this company. Even today he called and asked if I would be home this afternoon, he explained they were currently loading the cart and would be by about 1pm and would that be okay. I said yes, made my way back home to be there for them. I arrived home at 12:30 waited until 2:55, nothing. Then at 3:10pm I get the call the driver is there to deliver the cart and they can't leave it because they need to collect money. We have never been so inconvenienced by a company. Do not go through the hell we have with this company. Save yourself the headache and use Kenfeild. I used kenfeild for years working in the apartment industry and never once had an issue with them. Used them at 4 properties I managed and they were incredible. Sadly they didn't have a cart when we were shopping and that's when we made the mistake of using Ennis. They did replace the charger, which had had zero complaints about. Blake seemed to want extra praise for doing that, thank you for the new charger. However it was not something we complained about or asked for. Our old charger worked just fine.

They said yes they have one and just come by and pick it up. I mean Liberty Hill is close to almost nothing. I go by and they said this particular Yamaha cart has a specialized key and they can't get the parts at this time. What? A key? I called back to speak to someone and they said they would have to call me back later in the day when they weren't so busy. Well, it's two weeks later. I'm taking my lumps and moving on....

Mike was quick to respond, showed up on time, was patient, polite, kind, hard working and honest. He took time to answer my questions, explain things to me and saved me from wasting money on unnecessary stuff by suggesting less expensive alternatives. I was finally able to get a lot of repairs done that I haven't been able to for years. Mike is outstanding and I can't recommend him highly enough.

There website did not suggest you had to have an appointment so I loaded up the mower and drove a half hour, arriving around 4:30 PM on a Thursday. There were three or four cars in the parking lot and no noticeable service bay entrance. I called to make sure I was in the right place for Cub Cadet riding mower service and that they were actually open for business. A guy answered and explained they would open the back receiving door after I came in to their service/sales counter. Great, open and in the right place! As soon as I walked in, with no other customers in the large showroom, a gentleman behind the counter asked how he could help. I caught the eye of other guy I must have spoken with a few minutes before and I said something to the effect "I just called and need to drop off my riding mower for service." The older guy immediately said they could not take my mower in today. I asked him if they serviced Cub Cadet riding mowers and he said they did but they could not take it. I was puzzled by his response yet he did not give me any additional information. I hesitated for a minute, then turned to walk out. As I pushed the door open, he finally added that if someone picked up their mower, they could take another one in. WTF? Sounds like they need to update their website to recommend calling first, or submitting a service ticket on line. This was a terrible example of customer service. Is their service attitude an indicator of why their showroom was void of customers? Do they rely heavily on fleet sales and service? Commercial accounts? I don't know. What I do know is I was sincerely disappointed with the first impression from the guy at the counter. I have owned four riding mowers so far (yes, I'm old) and I guarantee this will be the last Cub Cadet. I'm sure they don't care.
