No beverages other than free coffee. Good clean toilets. What did I learn today? Smells like mushrooms here.

Was only there for around 8 minutes to use restroom and let dogs out - place is located in the shittty side of town.

Smaller not many amenities but bathrooms are nice good view of the cows. Nice short stop

This rest stop is great if you are really having to pee because there isn't a rest stop until you hit town. The bathrooms are clean and kept up well. It has pop machines and snack machines. Nice grass area with covered picnic tables to sit at from a long drive.

Phone call anyone?

It was a great place to pee... even if it seems like it's closed on the EB side... it's not... you just have to go around to get to it

Large restroom building in the middle of the property with entrances at the side of the building. A wide pathway is wheelchair accessible from the far end of the parking lot. Several picnic tables are accessible from the pathway around the building. One vending machine is available at the near end of the lot. A good stop to empty your bladder and stretch your legs. Stanfield Rest Area is typical of modern Oregon stops; abundant parking for large and small vehicles, easy access w/o too many curves coming or going, well maintained grassy areas, and fully utile utilities and a vendo-torium. be advised that stays are limited to 12 continuous hours but this might possibly could include an overnight. maybe...

Stayed here with our pup on a road trip. Actually, we were pretty impressed with the room. Spacious…read moreand clean. The mattress probably should have been replaced already, but it wasn't too uncomfortable. The water in the shower was kind of "slimy," and smelled a bit like sulfur. That really would be my only complaint. There was ample room for the dogs to use the restroom and get some exercise. The hotel is located next to some fast food options you can walk to. The complimentary breakfast was really good. They have potatoes, eggs, sausages, biscuits and gravy, all the other items you would expect. Plus an omelette bar. You write down what you want and it is made to order. We both felt like it was a good breakfast as far as hotel breakfast are concerned. Overall, we would recommend this place. The staff was super friendly.

My friend and I took a girls' weekend trip to check out Prosser and attend some wine-centric…read moreevents, and booked the BW because it's within easy walking distance of the wine district. It was a long drive from the big city, but the hotel was easy to find and we were greeted with a friendly smile and got all checked in. While the lobby of the hotel is fairly well decorated and updated, the rooms and hallways looked like something out of a bad 80s (or 90s?) movie? The orange and brown carpeting had almost psychedelic effects (especially after a few glasses of wine). And the room, while large and boasting essential like a microwave, fridge, and coffeemaker, was extremely dated. Everything was clean and comfortable, though, and it seems they've kept things in surprisingly good shape maintenance-wise. The thing that made the BW stand out most was the friendly staff. From the front desk to the housekeeping staff to the very kind ladies who staffed the breakfast area it was all top notch, and it's what would make me return here if I go on another wine trip. Speaking of breakfast, this place has one of the best free breakfasts I've every seen - including not only the usual waffle stand, oatmeal, and baked goods, but a full-service omelette bar and huge selection of dairy-free milk alternatives too. Well done, BW, well done!

I definitely feel whomever has to maintain this rest stop should get hazard pay if they don't already. Being in the off-season, I could see how the grounds weren't manicured and the picnic table area was overgrown. There were a few semi trucks in the lot, and a few cars came through to use the facilities when we were there so it seems busy enough. The view seems like it would be breathtaking on a clear day. Glad we were there during daylight hours, travelers beware at night!

I had read up on the Hanford Reach National Monument in advance and knew there weren't facilities on site so I needed to find an alternative. As I was about to reach the national monument I found this rest area. The rest area is clearly marked along the highway heading north/eastbound so I knew it was coming up and it was easy to spot and turn in from Highway 24. There is a designated pet area that I explored and found has an excellent view of a rocky landscape in the distance. A handful of different birds were poking around on the ground and flitting about tree-to-tree as I explored the pet area and the grassy area. The grassy area around the restroom building is large and a great place to roam around. Abundant picnic tables sprinkle the lawn. Restrooms were clean and safety measures for COVID-19 were communicated in posted notices. Vernita Bridge which crosses the Columbia River is also visible from the rest area. Its yellow metal arches/frame beckoning to get closer and scope the bridge out.

Would be zero star. Ive been going here for years, quality is up and down…read more They pay pennies so majority of employees there reflect that low quality especially with how far it is from the nearest town. Most of the employees are crackheads. How good the carls junior is completely depends on who is there. The gangster wanna be kid thats always playing rap has a good attitude but hes very slow and the fries are always stale if he is there. The loud Mexican manager lady is super annoying fries always stale. Extremely common for the Carl's to only have ONE employee on there running like a chicken with their head cut off. You can commonly expect to wait 30 mins to no fault of theirs. Maybe if they actually paid people they could hold an employee for more than a week. Dont even think of going to the truck shop I wouldnt trust them to air up a tire. The coffee for the last year has turned into a bio weapon, I opened each machine today and they are ALL full of mold. My main gripes are with the higher ups here and the surrounding area. Boardman is a town of nothing but degenerates. They would have to pay enough for people to want to drive out there and pay enough that they can root out all the degenerates. They have had many great employees over time but they never stay because they dont get paid enough.
