There are many stager's of course but Laura Graziano is the real deal…read more She has staged about a dozen listings for The R & L Home Team and each one not only SOLD but usually in less than 9 days and for over the asking price. The energy Laura brings is contagious & we love how she works close with the sellers to tastefully transform their homes from "living" in it to "Selling" it and get each room to have that "wow" factor. We think of Laura as part of our team and as the saying goes! "The cost of staging is always cheaper than the first price reduction". Many of our clients also use Laura to stage the homes they are BUYING which to us, speaks volume to her ability and approach. She is super genuine and is always upbeat and accommodating! Even when we tell her that we need her ASAP (which is basically every listing..LOL). We feel so confident recommending Laura to all of our clients, friends & family. Thank you Laura for making our listings (& our team) stand out. Rick & Lisa The R & L Home Team Braintree, MA

We can tell you from personal experience that they go above and beyond for their clients. As an added bonus, they also have connections with several local businesses (closet systems, blinds, carpets, custom cushions and pillows, etc.) who offer top quality products and are as professional and responsive as Heidi and Rosita are. We met at a flooring store where she helped me select a small number of options that she thought would work with the existing cabinets and walls, then headed to a countertop store to find options that would work with the floor samples. Rosita did exactly what I needed: provided the guidance to get me past the paralysis of being overwhelmed by too many choices, plus pointing me to some good floor and countertop retailers. Most importantly, Greg Moine was able to work around my schedule. He showed up on time, and even on a Saturday morning! I finally made the decision to renovate my kitchen and found BSW on Angie's List and Houzz. From the beginning, Mona was patient and very knowledgeable. I started the process wanting carrera marble, but after going to the stone yard, Mona noticed that I was being repeatedly drawn to a quartzite (fantasy brown). I didn't even notice it until Mona pointed it out! So after I jumped into the bold (fantasy brown) and left the classic humdrum (carrera) behind, enter John and his team of installers. While templating, John even gave me suggestions on my choice of brackets for the floating counter. During the install day, the crew was friendly, professional, and quick! Even though there were slight modifications needed, which were explained to me in a clear manner, the install took less than 2 hours. I'm extremely happy with BSW and would recommend them to anyone!

I did a partial kitchen reno and needed to match the existing quartz counters that Mona's team installed last time. Ran into a problem: they didn't have any remnants in that color, and I'd have to purchase a whole slab just to match a little section. Mona came to the rescue! She offered me a remnant of a different color that she promised matches really really closely the original color. And since the new section was to be installed across from the old one (not contiguous), it would be very hard to tell. Sure enough, it worked out perfectly and Mona saved me a lot of money by finding a creative solution. Just like last time, I was doing this long distance without seeing anything in person. With contractors there is always drama or miscommunications, especially if you are not there to supervise. Not with Mona. Her reliability, attention to detail, and smart problem-solving in every project, no matter how small, give me total peace of mind. And the prices are still very reasonable, even years later! Thank you so much!

I retained their service when my partner and I bought a house in Brookline about a year ago. We decided that we basically get rid of all the stuff we had at that point and do the whole house based on a new concept, which we weren't sure about at that point. Plus, we are super busy people, professionally, so we couldn't spare lots of time on this project and so needed someone who was cool and dependable. And here (after we interviewed a few potential candidates) comes Amanda Reid, the principal of this design firm. She was something! First of all, she has such cool, sophisticated taste on everything we need advice on: furniture, wall color, redoing the whole kitchen and bathroom etc. We were originally into the super modern, kind of cold look, but she persuaded us to introduce some eclectic elements like antique pieces into the whole mix, and the resulting space is just unique, tasteful, and functional. Whenever we throw a home party, people who visit our house for the first time usually gasp entering the door. And we tell them we did everything by ourselves (just joking: we give the studio full credit gracefully and gratefully always). There are so many other things I can say, but this is already getting too long. Just a few more things. Amanda is super organized and a crystal clear communicator. Over the course of three-four months, she probably made hundreds, possibly thousands of decisions, small and big. She always presented in her inimitable perfectly clear way what our options were and executed everything in her effortless manner (her presentation skills are something to behold). At work, I interact with some of the smartest people in the world, but rarely have I witnessed such efficiency and transparency in communication. We wanted no headache, no pain, no drama because we are so busy, and Amanda definitely made our life easy. Anyway, to sum up, if you live in this area and have some big complex project, go with her. You wont' regret.
