They stand out and are ahead of the pack for several reasons: up-to-date website; professional attitude; great customer service. Brand New Travel specializes in visa services, airline tickets and the typical cruise/vacation services. Prior to contacting Brand New Travel I spent a fair amount of time calling various travel agencies in the area and internet searching. Frankly, I am surprised that most of them are in business. The amount of words that I have for this "agency" will need me to quit my job and write a book. I will stick to the basics and just say that this is by far the most unprofessional staff I have ever dealt with in my entire life and that applies to every business, not just travel. Our "agent" Sam was nothing short of a complete disaster. I reallly hope this is not his primary gig because there is no way you can make money treating customers this way. My fiance and I made the biggest mistake booking our bachelor and bachelorette parties with these incompetent "agents". First off, they have zero care about your needs. If you have a question, get ready for a reply up to 2 weeks (if ever). MULTIPLE follows up needed to be done to reach them. They advertise as a credible company but I am pretty sure its just 2 guys sitting in a NY studio kitchen doing nothing for their customers besides swiping card numbers. My fiance went first as our destination was the same and mine two weeks later. Place had construction, enough issues to keep you frustrated on an hourly basis and worst of all, Brand New Travel didn't care at all. I asked for accommodations so my group wouldnt experience the same. BNT said all will be resolved by the time we get there. LOL!!! NOTHING was done and whatever meager accommodations were made was done through me and my best man arguing with the hotel head for 3 hours during our vacation. STAY AWAY FROM THIS "COMPANY" or get ready to have "Old School Travel" ruin your hard earned time off. read more

I am writing this to warn folks in my community in Queens. STAY AWAY from Brand New Travel or flyfromusa.com! I had reviewed them last year. I feel compelled to review them again. What is an opposite of a star? A poop? I would give them five of those. I think the more they are in business, the worse they get. Quite a disappointment. With every year their service degraded to have now become careless, inattentive, cheap, and shoddy. I honestly would not be lying if I said they are out there to scheme you. I have signed up for theirr affiliate program a few days ago. Last night I wanted to start the training, BUT: most of the links they provided did not take me anywhere e, but give me an error message. This morning I called the number that they have provided as the help desk number. Constantin answered the phone. He told me that the number was for new agents to sign up, if I want technical support I need to Email them. He was extremely rude; did not listen, kept interrupting me and repeating himself over and over again. I understand if their system does not work with Apple computers but do not accept unpleasant, rude support. I am enclosing the screenshots of the error messages. I asked for a full refund of $ 199 that I have paid for the membership. I have no desire to be a trainee of an organization where the support people are as unpleasant as Constantin. They are refusing the refund claiming that I signed a contract with them. However they are not delivering their side of the contact; No available training or support. Let me start out by saying I travel about 3x a year and always book travel through an agent. With that said, this has been the absolute worst experience I've ever had. This agency was difficult to deal with from the beginning of the planning process all the way through to the actual trip. I partly blame myself for not seeing the red flags; the unresponsiveness, lack of knowledge, & rudeness from staff. Trying to get information out of our agent Sam was extremely difficult. We had to ask him for updates 3-4 times before he finally responded. Leading up to the trip, we received intel from some friends that were there the week before that the hotel was an absolute disaster. Construction being done, leaking, flooding of rooms, etc. We reached out to Sam and let him know that we were warned about these conditions and we would not be interested in staying at this resort if that were still the case. He assured us that he spoke w hotel staff & the tour operator and everything was going to be fine, which by the way was provided to us night leading up to the trip. Once again, partly my mistake for trusting someone who proved to be incompetent throughout the entire process. The day we get there, it took us over 2 hrs to check in because Sam mixed up the people in the rooms, which we pointed out to him, and he assured us that it wouldn't be a big deal. There was a ton of construction happening, leaking in the hallways, rooms were flooded, AC was not working, broken shelves, mold in the tub, among other issues. When I tried calling him and letting him know as well as to see if he can help us out, he responded back with speak with your tour operator and that he could not do a thing. In addition to letting me know that the party did not pay much and this is what you guys paid for. There were 14 of us and we paid over $1,100 per person. In my case, I had to pay an additional $400 because I moved to another city couple weeks after we booked. Sam couldn't assist with that as well. I never write reviews, this is actually my first, but I thought it was my duty to warn people of what they are getting themselves into if they decide to book travel with Sam and Brand New Travel. Our trip to Iceland was our first and last with Brand New Travel agency. Our tour was extremely badly organized: - during both flights my wife and I were not seated together, even though Sam promised to take care of that. And this really was not difficult to do, as there were a few people traveling solo in our group. - our of the 6 days in Iceland we spent only 4 on excursions and the other 2 days we were left to ourselves without any recommendations from the Agency My wife and I spent a lot of time traveling around the world with other companies and this, unfortunately was our worst trip ever.
