He made a mundane non-functional bath into a showcase that we will use for many years to come. His decorator helped us choose the tiles and gave her expertise when necessary. As the job proceeded, we ended up having a wood floor installed by Bob, which he matched effortlessly to my existing 10 year old floor. We have received so many compliments and have recommended Bob to various home owners. Thank you for everything!

After explaining our vision, Dave from Twin Ponds seemed to be the only contractor that could see the same vision as us, and had the confidence to carry out our ideas, and he came through beating our expectations. There is nothing that can't be done with Dave and his team. They make it happen. I would highly recommend this company if you are looking to do a renovation. One of our fears was that we would hire someone to do the job and then they would become unreliable, however that did not happen with Twin Ponds. Dave was constantly in contact with us throughout the entire job, making sure things were running smoothly. Stopping by pretty much on a daily basis to check on the progress of everything. I can't say enough good things about this company, and we are very very happy to have worked with them. They really do treat you like family, and pay attention to detail and really care about doing a good job. Thank you again Dave, and Anthony, and the entire team for all your great craftsmanship, you are the best!

Siding to me is an art form. It is the last piece of "clothing" on your home. As an artist I had…read morea very specific siding vision. It was to reflect my art which at the time was all about lines. How lines connect and weave together to form an object. The siding was another personal piece of art. I wanted the entire house clad with Garapa wood, a beautiful blonde brazillian hardwood that was actually very had to work with. I wanted all sorts of lines grooved into the cladding at variable widths. i wanted to see waterfalls of wooden lines everywhere. crazy. but that is what Maynor and his team delivered, and so much more. The work was meticulous and beautiful. Architects have come by to admire the siding. The detail work that went into cladding 8000 sf of house and deck was immense. Around all the large windows were massive picture frames that were built on the ground and carefully lifted up 3 stories. Maynor was patient and sought hard to deliver a perfect product. Btw. I know everyone says this but this really is my very first online review of anything. Construction is such a difficult process, mostly bc of the experience of dealing with the trades. But Maynor and MOM construction were such pros I feel very compelled to write something. Happy to talk to anyone who has further qs! THANK YOU MOM construction!!!
