I ordered 2 licence plate frames from them on Aug 28th. It took almost a month to be shipped and I got a delivery of ONE on the 24th of Sept. I contacted them immediately using the email they provided, as the affiliated BMW dealership will not help and referred me back to that email address. I did not get a response until Oct 9th. One line "My apology, let me look into this. Once verified we will handle this.". Having not heard back from them, I responded on the 28th Oct requesting a refund as I am no longer interested in dealing with them and as of now I have had no further contact from them. original products, great selection, easy to select with parts compatibility checker for reassurance and great follow up if you still have a question or need a verification. for instance, I got shipped champion spark plugs, I thought that that was not one of the OEM vendors, but it was confirmed they are. Interestingly despite BMW's own information, the plugs I pulled from the car were... champion :) Overall with the plugs and filters I ordered for $110 I saved close to $1000 I was quoted at the dealer ($700 for plugs (and install), $250 for cabin filter (filter only no labor yet!), $250 for air filter (same). The markup at the dealer is hefty. it started well, very interactive customer service, decent website, online order was OK needed a phone call as some information were and STILL missing from the purchased item. Then all hell doors opened, item was ordered on March 20th supposed to be delivered on April 7th, items doesnt arrive and delivery date became unknown without any sort of notification. had to inquire to get that info. moving forward to April 17th, i sent an inquiry and item had just arrived and would be shipped, "great 2-3 days more and this chapter would be closed'. Nope, item arrives more than a month later on April 23rd and check out the following keeping in mind that the item is more than $650 before discount: 1) item is received in a USPS padded envelop No BOX, no Packing, no Nothing, no Markings, no Tags, no Indication whatsoever to the item Number, Condition, Where its coming from, simply and envelop with the item inside and a strip of paper with a signature stating that "the package has been examined for no damages with the products inside. WE ARE NOT HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR DAMAGED PRODUCTS AFTER 24 HOURS OF YOU RECEIVING YOUR PACKAGE" date April 20th , 3 days after i was told it was shipped. 2) item ordered was replaced with another item, no indication anywhere stating that such was done. 3) item received is of a lessor value, again nothing mentioned no refunds done, no hand written note like the inspection one.... nothing. not even and explanatory email. 4) to top it all up, i had to call and complain that the item received isnt what i order, i get "are you sure ?" then "oh we replaced it after we checked comparability via you vehicle Vin# (never provided it in the first place, wonder how did they get my vin# to check), then oh it had some Chinese engraving on it "item is a wing mirror", Me: ok could you send me a picture of the item? The absolute worst experience I've had ordering a part. I have emailed them 13 times but they never respond. They have my money and apparently they have the parts that I ordered. They are affiliated with a BMW dealership but that dealership will not help at all and they will not let me speak to anybody. This "Britney" person seems to be nonexistent. This is a major scam. I'm getting ready to go to the Better Business Bureau. I want my money back or I want my parts. Those are the choices. So far, I have not heard a single word from them. This is almost 2 months ago. Whatever you do, do not order anything from these people, and do not give them any money. They do not accept credit card only PayPal, so you have no recourse. :::update::: 6/15/2023 I have finally received a refund thanks to Travis, who actually works for STEVE THOMAS BMW. Seems strange that all these other mysterious e-mails vanished. Seems more like she got caught and had to come up with some excuse. Regardless of the outcome (Thank you Travis) I would never order here again. Seems very fishy that the mystery woman "Britney" won't give you the phone number and only allows e-mail communication. Yet when I called STEVE THOMAS BMW, the receptionist took my name and number on three different occasions and told me that Britney would call me back. Never happened. Customer service is sub par. Pricing is not accurate. Website advertises one price but they charge another. Don't question them about it because they will just cancel your order without reason. They say the refund will take 3-5 business days but that's not accurate either. Had to get the bank involved in order for the refund to be processed. Sad a company acts like this towards its customers. Will not be giving them any future business....they will just cancel the order anyway. read more

Made a purchase. The item was Out of Stock. Seller informed me that they had them on order and it would ship when they got their batch. I decided to cancel. They first sent me an email stating they would refund my $123. Later I received another email stating they would refund me $90. They told me they were charging me $30 for cancelling because it cost that much to run my credit card (this is of course not true and where did the other $3 go? 123-90 is 33, not 30. I asked them multiple times to make this right and they have decided not to. My card company is now in the process of correctly the issue since this company will not. Buyer beware. read more
