Angel arrived…read moreon time for the estimate appointment and was very professional, personable, and knowledgeable about what the company could offer. He provided the estimate in a timely manner and worked with us to tailor it as we decided what exactly we wanted to do. I believe that the price provided was fair and a good value considering the scope of work. The job ended up including the replacement of a garage side door, major repair of stucco around a new electrical panel (including inside the garage) plus stucco repairs around the entire exterior, repainting of all stucco repairs, and repair and repainting of all wood trim including the new door and the front door. Fred was the project manager/foreman assigned to our project and he was also a consummate professional. He was there daily and took care of supervising the multiple subcontractors who were onsite working as well as doing a lot of work himself. He was very good at keeping me in the loop and went over and above to deliver an excellent job. All the subcontractors were pleasant and were great about cleaning up at the end of each day. There was a lot of work to be done but they started on a Tuesday and were done by the next Tuesday. If we have any other home projects or have friends who have home improvement projects, I will not hesitate to contact or recommend Long Bros Construction.

That level of organization immediately gave me confidence. During my consultation, Bar exceeded my expectations. He was thorough, knowledgeable, and clearly has extensive experience in remodeling. I especially appreciated his straightforward, honest approach. Rather than simply agreeing with every idea I had, he took the time to explain the pros and cons of different renovation options and offered thoughtful recommendations based on both function and long-term value. What really stood out was that he identified several important considerations that none of the other contractors I met with had even mentioned. His expertise was evident throughout the entire appointment, and I left feeling much more informed about my project. If budget weren't a factor, I would have hired D&L Builders on the spot. Unfortunately, I have several home projects underway and need to stay within my overall budget. Even so, I highly recommend meeting with Bar if you're looking for an experienced contractor who values honesty, quality, and educating his clients rather than simply trying to make a sale.

Of three firms I had out to quote the job, not only was New Age very competitive from a pricing standpoint, they were the only firm that actually listened to what I wanted and didn't try to upsell me. They understood my vision, made suggestions where appropriate and delivered a fantastic finished product. Communication throughout was great and they worked hard to ensure the anticipated timeline was met. Would highly recommend!

Communication & Management: Communication was a major strength. Our project manager, Jose, was proactive and consistently on top of every detail. We always knew what was happening next, and any questions were addressed quickly. The owners, Simon and Yotam, were also actively engaged and accessible, which added a lot of confidence throughout the process. Execution of Vision: I had a very specific vision for this project--from the retaining walls for our planters to the creation of a dedicated lounge area near the pool. They also flawlessly handled the technical drip irrigation plan and integrated landscape lighting. They executed every element with precision. The pool coping, tiling, and surfacing work was particularly excellent and has completely transformed the space. Quality & Reliability: They handled everything end-to-end, making the project straightforward and low-stress. They were flexible with changes and responsive to feedback while keeping the project moving. The quality of work is evident in the final result--everything looks polished, intentional, and thoughtfully executed. Bottom Line: New Age stands behind their work and takes ownership to ensure the outcome meets expectations. If you're looking for a reliable, communicative design-build team that produces high-quality results, I'd confidently recommend them.

He worked within our budget, stayed on schedule, and kept the job site clean throughout the project. What really stood out was that he sent skilled professionals for every part of the remodel and consistently kept us updated on progress, which made the entire process stress-free. What impressed me most was his integrity and commitment to his work even after the project was completed. About a year later, we had an issue with the gas line connected to the stove. He came out promptly, replaced it, and didn't charge us anything. It's rare to find someone who truly stands behind their work like that. Reliable, professional, communicative, and trustworthy. I would absolutely hire him again and highly recommend him to anyone looking for a contractor.

Review Update (2026)…read more I am updating my original 5-star review from a few years ago. At the time, we were very happy with our kitchen remodel and the overall experience working with Creative Design & Build. The project turned out beautifully, which is why I originally left such a positive review. Over the years, however, I noticed that one section of the flooring felt slightly soft when walking on it. At first, it did not seem serious, so we continued to live with it. Recently, the problem became worse and a section of the floor began to noticeably sink when stepped on and eventually a few edges of the flooring broke. At that point, I became concerned that it could become a safety issue. Because we still had plenty of spare flooring boards left over from the project, I attempted to replace the affected board myself. Unfortunately, I was unable to get the new board to fit correctly due to the locking system, and I could not restore the original board either. I then contacted Creative Design & Build for assistance. One reason I reached out was because our original project manager, Oded, had told us that if we ever had any issues, we should contact the company. I left a voicemail and later received a return call from a staff member. After I explained the situation, she said she would check with management and get back to me. A few days later, I received a text message stating that the warranty had expired and that no repairs would be covered. This was disappointing because I had never been informed that there was a four-year warranty period, nor was I able to find any reference to such a limitation in our contract. When I asked for details regarding the warranty and whether they could recommend someone to repair the issue, I did not receive any further response. There were two other issues relating to electrical and plumbing, however we decided to live with that until we had a major problem we needed fixing. I still appreciate the work that was done on our remodel years ago, and our kitchen remains a space we enjoy. However, I have been disappointed by the lack of follow-up and support when a problem arose. My advice to future customers is to make sure all warranty terms, coverage details, and expiration dates are clearly documented and understood before signing a contract.

    Coast To Coast Restoration

I recently completed a major renovation of my kitchen, master bathroom, and powder room following a…read morewater damage claim, and I couldn't be happier that I chose Coast to Coast. I'm the type of person who is very specific about what I want and I did my homework. I got four different bids for this project, and C2C was the clear winner. Their quote was completely itemized--which I appreciated--and ended up being well under every other retail bid I received. Two people really made the difference: Mary and Bolo. Mary is a literal pro when it comes to the insurance side of things. She worked tirelessly on the supplements to ensure we maximized our RCV payout from our insurance. She caught things the adjuster missed and helped us get the settlement we actually needed to do the job right. Bolo, the project manager, was extremely responsive and reasonable throughout the entire build. Whenever a technical issue came up--even complex stuff like electrical circuit stability or specific plumbing heights--he was there to talk it through and get it handled. One thing I will say for people considering them: you need to be the kind of homeowner who has the capacity to stay on top of the work. If you know exactly what you want and you're willing to stay involved in the day-to-day details, C2C is an incredible solution. It's a partnership, and because I stayed engaged, we were able to hit a level of quality that usually costs twice as much. The house looks amazing (see the photos of the Blue Thunder Quartzite and the Jade tile!). They were fair, they were fast, and most importantly, they were responsive. Highly recommend if you want high-end results without the "luxury markup" of other firms.

This is the second water leak mitigation & restoration we've done with C2C and while the PM on the…read morerestoration portion was outstanding this time, overall, there were more issues with the mitigation than last. Specifically, they subbed out the demo portion to another company which incurred more costs and thus lead to rejection of payment by insurance company. Or rather, it was ruled as costs extending beyond ordinary expenses. Had it been included with the mitigation equipment, the insurance would've likely accepted it, as it did last time. The actual work performed by everyone was great in the end, just as it had been last time. Everything was remediated properly and more importantly, timely. Brandon the PM on mitigation along with David the PM on the restoration side were great, with David being the most responsive and communicative PM I've ever worked with. Meaning, updates everyday, as promised. That was the best part of the whole project for me as an anxious homeowner. I will say that my own insurance agent didn't help matters either in this case. He was super hard to work with and eventually C2C had trouble reaching him. This also soured the whole experience as everyone worked to track him down by phone and to prove that all expenses were legitimate. I'm on the fence as to whether to use C2C again for mitigation. Would not hesitate to use them for restoration though.
