They use some type of massage oil. My feet and legs were very soft and smooth afterwards. They did not earn a fifth star because this is predominantly a cash only place. They do accept Venmo and credit cards but then they charge you more which is irritating. It's not clearly stated on their menu. The prices are comparable to other massage places in the area. Additionally, they had junk stuff for sale on a table in the waiting room, which did not look classy. It looked like Temu had a clearance sale. Bottom line: would I go back? Yes, I would go back. The massage was great. The prices aren't reasonable.

I had another amazing experience at Tokyo Massage this afternoon! I've been here before for a deep…read moretissue massage, and this time I tried the relaxation massage. It was exactly what I needed. My massage therapist, Sia, was absolutely wonderful. She was so kind, professional, and attentive throughout the entire session. She regularly checked in to make sure the pressure was comfortable and asked if I wanted more or less, which I really appreciated. I've struggled with tightness and knots in my neck and shoulders for a long time, and I've tried everything from massage guns to massage chairs with very little relief. Sia's techniques made such a difference, especially in my shoulders. It felt so good to finally get some relief after dealing with that discomfort for so long. The atmosphere was peaceful, relaxing, and very professional exactly what you want when getting a massage. As I was leaving, they even gave me a bottle of water and coconut water, which was such a thoughtful touch. The prices are also much more affordable than many other places I've been, and the quality of the massage exceeded my expectations. I'll definitely be coming back, and they'll be seeing my face a lot more. Highly recommend!

A little pricey, but the hair cutter did an amazing job and the waxing was very well done too. Today, I tried to do a walk in appointment for a hair cut, and to my dismay, my favorite hair cutter no longer existed. Now the spa is mostly for massages and hot tubs. When you walk into the spa it is not very extravagant and it looks very small. It is long, not wide. You will be greeted upon entering business. Before today I would have rated this location 4 stars, but due to the lack of a variety of services, I have down graded my rating. If you do make an appointment, be sure to give yourself extra time to drive to the Spa. The traffic is very intense and it takes me about 30 minutes to get there in rush hour and I am located about 3.3 miles from the location. Note: For non Spanish speakers, employees speak English, just be patient.

This place was the biggest rip off I have ever experienced in my life! BTW I'm a world traveler and…read morehave experienced massages from all over the world. This place was by far the worst ever without competition. First it cost $120 for the cheapest massage (Swedish) they have. Way overpriced in anybody's book. Even NYCi is less than $60 for an hour. It lasted about 40 minutes maximum. She was an extremely overweight and unattractive hispanic lady who spoke minimal English at best. I had to repeditely ask her to apply more pressure, but litterally she would only massage my skin surface and rarely gave enough pressure to touch a muscle. I was severly un-impressed. Avoid this place unless you like donating your money to a worthless business place. Seriously!
