It started off with them giving us a couple cold sodas while we waited. We mentioned to the team (Noah & Jermerl) that we were sort of in a hurry, so they accommodated our schedule while delivering a superb, high quality service. They weren't pushy on any of the extras and the most impressive part was this: I had purchased a wiper blade for the rear wiper but I didn't have the tool to replace it, so it had been sitting in the trunk since last winter. When Noah told us he observed a torn wiper and offered to sell us a replacement, I explained to him that I had a new one but I just couldn't figure out how to replace it myself, he said he'd be happy to do it for me! This service ended up being an incredible value and cemented that location as our go-to for oil changes. Great job guys and thank you!

I had him troubleshoot, an air-conditioning problem. Conduct an oil change, rotate the tires and do a brake flush. They took the time to explain how they do business and since I had to leave my vehicle there overnight I was concerned about leaving it out. They advised me that all vehicles are stored in protected lot with a tall barbed wire fence so it will be very secure. They did an amazing job and they did a nice job communicating the progress and final results. The price was very reasonable and they even washed the truck for me! I will back for all my auto repair needs.

This SpeeDee location has become my go to place whenever I need a last minute oil change. I travel…read moreoften, and sometimes I realize one of our diesel vehicles is due for service right before a trip or while we are on the way somewhere. I can call these guys, explain that I am in a rush, and they always do their best to fit me in and get me back on the road within about 30 minutes. They service our diesel vehicles, change the oil, clean everything up, and even wash the vehicle, usually for under $200. That is hard to beat. I have tried other SpeeDee locations, but they have often charged more, and the service was not nearly as friendly or efficient. Even though you may only be waiting 20 to 30 minutes, having a clean and comfortable waiting area still makes a difference, and this location does a great job with that. They also have some of the best prices I have found on air filters. For certain non American vehicles, you may need to ask them to order the filter ahead of time, but they are always helpful and straightforward about it. Based on their knowledge and experience, I know they offer many other services, but I personally use them mainly for oil changes. Every experience has been fast, professional, and easy. Thank you for always fitting me in at the last minute and getting me back on the road quickly. These guys are young, fast, friendly, and knowledgeable. You guys rock. Keep up the amazing work.

I moved up here from the Bay Area leaving 30 years of contacts including all of my mechanics, electricians, and the people who I had built professional relationships with for years. I had to built up a new rolodex of contacts who were trustworthy and honest business professionals. Being a woman who not only had a father who was a mechanic but many friends in the automobile industry I know a little bit about what we should be getting charged, how we are treated some times, and the up sales of services we really don't need sometimes. This Spee-dee Oil gets a 20 stars from me. The owners are extremely friendly, the employees are friendly and professional and explain each area step-by-step to the customers so they don't miss anything. Especially being a woman coming in I feel like these guys treat you like their own wives, sisters, or moms, or family members. Your not just a customer, you are part of their family. I have continuously recommended these guys to may friends, family members, teachers in the school district, people I meet etc.. They have always been courteous, welcoming, and try really hard to find the problem and get it fixed for the right price. I have had spark plugs, brakes on 3 different vehicles done, 2 radiators, filters, oil changes on 4 vehicles here as well. I always bring my business to them first. They are the most efficient, cost effective, reliable place I do business with. The waiting area even has coffee, snacks, and waters for the customers. If you haven't tried them in a while or never been there before bring your business to them and you won't regret it. Remember there might be some things they cannot do onsite but they will give you an excellent recommendation of where you can. I've personally used many of their recommendations for other kinds of service and they were excellent as well. Go back and give them a second chance and if you are a new customer, tell them I sent you.
