I finally got ahold of someone and he was a complete asshole. First off when there's a issue don't be rude about it, he explained it wasn't their problem due to the fact "it left their facility" I know Covid has been an on going issue and I understand that but the fact I've been trying to call for days now and when I finally get someone on the phone I'm being spoken too with a condescending tone? I should be refunded my shipping I paid and at this point just be charged for the juice.... They have some amazing juice as I said previously in my post review years ago, I still had a issue with delivery and YEARS later it's the same damn thing. Not only are they friendly to customers; but, they maintain a good relationship with the other local businesses. Please note that all the other 1* reviews referencing being kicked out were rightfully kicked out for mentioning things they shouldn't that would take away the stores license to sell tobacco pipes. They let you try the liquids before you buy (which was a first for me because nowhere else that I've been offers that. $1 isn't much to ask to avoid smoking something that tastes like robitussin). They have a space on their wall where they have signed packs of cigs from people that traded them in. There was another staff member there who offered many tips and recommendations.
