Despite the fact I'm beyond loyal to this place and having been going here for at least two years,…read moreI've been putting off writing a review. I simply can't say enough good things about this place. It simply does not get better than this place. Period. The selection and the people!!!!! They are simply THE BEST. Period. The people--ALL of them--are beyond nice and so caring and helpful. I can't count how many times I've been here and I've never once had an experience that wasn't absolutely wonderful. They take their time and truly care to help you find what you're looking for, and that says a lot when you consider the hundreds, if not thousands of different options between flavors, brands, and then the actual type of product! I've tried vape shops in a number of other cities including Chicago, Seattle, NYC and SF and Ive never found a place that even remotely compares to Towson Vaporium. I've been Yelp elite for I think 8 years (so I review and check in to a lot of different businesses) and if I had to make a top 5 list, of all time, this place would be on it!!

I honestly didn't appreciate it. Then he goes right into how his stepdad died today and he didn't get his mom to the hospital in time. Sorry about that but having dealt with cars salesmen, it was an odd mix of things to have thrown at in the first 3mins of walking in the door. Seriously. The was the first 3mins. I needed a new rig and said I liked Voopoo, which I saw in the case. So, of course, he insisted on hyping up a non-Voopoo rig and really did t want to let it go. I said I preferred internal batteries and he tried to sell me batteries. Then he gave me a free battery case for the batteries I don't use. I told him straight out that I didn't appreciate the hard sell. And kept it up. So I left the free battery case on the counter and left. He wasn't going to listen to me anyway. BUT...if you want a place that will tell you what to get, this is a great place.

When it did see it, it would change wattage erratically. It isn't the tank, it works great on my Cloupor and my secondary Mod box so its SS Vapes box that has the issue. I called them a month ago and was told the units to replace it were on back order. I've called back twice since and as of yesterday I was told two more weeks. I asked the young lady if she'd exchange it for another Mod box at their cost and she said NO!! Don't know about you, but I think that when something has a "lifetime" guarantee you should either have the replacements in-stock OR be more flexible in your exchange policy if you're unable to get the product. Six weeks........ REALLY???? You need to either examine your inventory, find another vendor for the mod box in question, be more flexible with your policies or close up shop if you can't honor your GUARANTEE!!!!!! Please contact me if you think I'm wrong in my assertions. A company that can't honor a guarantee doesn't belong in business. Your integrity as a business is only as good as the guarantees you make.
