So disappointed with their services. The customer service rep told me that I have to upgrade my…read morebank account in order to use my debit card. A new debit card was issued to me at this bank and the customer service rep helped me with my check deposit using that new debit card. In fact, she opened another new saving account for me and transferred all my saving to that new account without letting me know. Also, she took my previous debit card. I wonder if this is a fraud? How could a bank closes the account owner's saving account and transfers all the money in that saving account to a new a account without letting the account owner knows? After this incident, I called Bank of America, none of the customer service rep can help me. No one can really tell me where my saving is being transferred and where my check is deposited. The only thing they told me is "WAIT".

As a young person, anything related to money and financial planning has always been intimidating to me but PremierOne has educated me on all things money and finance. PremierOne helped buy out my lease from Honda and helped me to finally purchase my car! I would especially like to shine some light on Horacio who I've known since he was a teller and is now a member service officer, he's helped me secure personal loans that have helped with everything from veterinary bills to small business purchases. Horacio has always delivered incredible customer service, helped me make financial decisions, and has educated me on PremierOne's many financial products. If you're trying to move away from the big 4 banks, please consider a more local institution like PremierOne!

We met up at this particular location and I don't think I've ever had a more pleasant experience at a credit union, specifically because of Nancy. I highly recommend this branch because of Nancy and I hope she gets all the recognition and praise in the world. Also, this particular PCU was tucked in a very peaceful plaza that felt safe (and had ample parking spaces). There was a security guard in the parking lot ensuring there wasn't any shenanigans/funky business taking place. Kudos to this Provident Credit Union and cheers to Nancy!

I appreciate that they have so many ATMs so you don't have to wait. Parking is good and far away from the insanity that is the Pruneyard. There's always cash in the ATMs and it doesn't shut down for maintenance as soon as I walk up. I had to go inside for the first time today. First off, it was very easy to make an appointment with a Banker using the app, and then reschedule it when something came up. I was warmly greeted and asked to take a seat while I waited for my appointment. Yes, the line was long. Yes they only had one teller. Why? Because the other two were sent home by the manager because they were sick. You don't want a place that forces sick people to work, do you? They do have a greeter who tries to triage and I thought that was very helpful. I did have a comfy seat while I waited. And then the manager came to help me herself. It could have been complicated but she found a way to make it easy for me. So thank you. Everyone who was shocked by the long wait times, remember it's difficult to hire right now to get people to come onsite.
