We were looking all over town for a quality iced cube product, but every time we'd get a hot tip,…read morethe prospect would melt away. We continued to look, that is, until we found Parker Ice. Let me make this crystal clear: Parker Ice needs to be your source for all things frozen water, full stop. The immersive "ice-perience" began upon entering the "ice-tablishment." The first thing I noticed was the gentle murmur of the refrigeration units going about their humble business of ensuring the ice I was about to purchase was the coldest it could be. The second thing I noticed was the slight frost in the air coupled with the unmistakable smell of fresh, bespoke iced cubes. The ice-artisans at Parker Ice source their liquid water from the highest elevations of the Andes, which is then transported to Parker on longboats imported from China, as is tradition. The handcrafted cubes are created through a proprietary exothermic process that ensures not only freshness, but also perfectly uniform hydrogen bonds between the water molecules. That's right: this purveyor of quality frozen water is so good they are involved with their product at the atomic level! An ice-barista greeted me upon entry and offered me a sample of their most popular product: a decadent, naked ice cube gently ensconced in a thin layer of liquid water gravy. The moment the cube hit my tongue, I knew I had the absolute best chilled "Adam's ale" this side of the Continental Divide. The delicate play of the inorganic minerals calcium, magnesium, and potassium was subtle, the flavour slow-dancing on my palette. My experience at Parker Ice instantly transported me back to my childhood, a childhood full of iced lemonades and popped-sicles and Father churning homemade iced cream in his antique ash-wood ice cream maker, the frosted ice scraping the metallic drum, the crackle of rock salt in the air. I bought a bag for $1.75. Today will be a good day.

Always closed - every time we try to buy ice they are closed. My last visit was Thursday at 130pm…read more Locked up nice and tight. I would call them before heading over.

We visited this afternoon as a family, the lady working the counter was super friendly. We saw…read moretheir was a deal for buy 5 get one free which of course we took advantage of! We got cookies n cream, a brownie (which she offered to top with buttercream for us, flavor of our choice!!), pink champagne, German chocolate cake (this was our top favorite), viral dot cake and the almond wedding cake!! If you are passing by, in the area, or from out of town. Highly recommend going in this hidden gem. I always say it's about the experience not just the flavor and Smallcakes did amazing! Look forward to coming back!

Stopped by Smallcakes over off McCulloch in Lake Havasu and honestly this place was a cool…read moresurprise. The cupcakes and cakes in the display cases looked almost too good to eat. You can tell somebody there really takes pride in what they make because the detail on some of these cakes was crazy. The underwater/octopus cake, the Highland cow cake, and even the funny "old age ahead" cake had everybody in the shop stopping to look at them. The wedding cakes were beautiful too. Tried the ice cream along with some cupcakes and everything tasted just as good as it looked. Not overly sweet, fresh, and actually flavorful instead of just looking pretty for Instagram. The chocoholic cupcake was dangerous. The pupcakes for dogs were a pretty awesome touch too. Big shoutout to Victoria as well. She was super friendly, patient, and just had a great attitude the whole time. You can usually tell when employees actually enjoy working somewhere and she definitely made the experience better. If you're in Lake Havasu and want dessert, birthday cakes, or just want to see some really creative work, this place is worth stopping into. Definitely coming back.
