Wings were OK, don't get that I have to pay for a side of ranch
Rena H.

I probably went on a very off day (Easter Sunday). I've told myself that there will be times (at least a dozen) where I was really looking forward to a restaurant and that I would order almost one of everything on the menu and it will be one of the best memorable meals of my life. However,........ Blvd Brgr totally and completely fell short of that. I ordered the following: 14 Cannons Mexican lager: room temperature, beer should be ICE cold. That first ice cold sip is the most satisfying sip. Tator tots: they were fried in 6-month-old rancid oil, loved the little left-over pieces of previously fried rock-hard onion rings and French fries. Chicken Wings (6 piece): they were OK, I had to pay extra for a side of Ranch, really??? Also, for $12 i don't get any celery and carrots??? CA Jedi Burger: cooked in one temperature - Well Done. For a "$13 craft" burger I should be able to order the patty Med Rare. Blvd Chili Bowl: served cold. my onions were still raw, and the cheese never melted. The chili came with onions but I still had to pay $.50. Also Jack cheese with Chili??? What ever happened to Sharp Cheddar cheese over a steaming hot bowl of chili??? When I'm in Camarillo, I'll look for another restaurant.

S&P wings

Awe man, coming in hot!! What a great time. Stopped in for lunch during the week as I heard great things about their wings and burgers. The selection of beers on tap is above average and awesome. I had the S&P wings - crispy, crunchy, and perfectly seasoned. Best wings in LA, yep I said it. Followed it up with an El Fuego burger, cooked to perfection and full of flavor. Not too spicy but just enough. My server/bartender Laurnetta was simply amazing and made me feel welcome. I'll be back!!

BLVD Grilled Cheese & Truffle Parmesan Fries Blvd Street Corn

Based off of the food pictures alone, on their website, I had to try the grilled cheese and truffle fries. Sadly, they did not live up to my expectations. The grilled cheese was more like an avocado, bacon, & tomato sandwich. Where was the cheese?!! The truffle Parmesan fries were so lack luster and could've been regular fries. Some pros: - my son loved the chicken tenders & fries - the blvd fries my husband got were pretty amazing - free arcade games my son took advantage of - service was good Overall, an okay experience and I'd would go back to eat their blvd fries again.

Great menu, delicious food and nice selection of local cider beers. Burgers were a little more well done than we ordered but very juicy. Gluten-free bun or cheddar crisp options for gluten-free.

cute beers cute vibe

Splendid experience! Yummy food, love a good beer and Adrian was so kind and helpful :) definitely check this place out it's worth the trip!!

More like a 4.5. I ordered the pineapple burger with a house made veggie patty. And also the blvd fries that come with feta, mint and garlic aioli. With 2 different house made ranches on the side. Both were good. Rose explained certain ingredients and was very knowledgeable and had really good tips. She improved my experience even though I got it to go. Seems like there are a lot of different places to sit, including outside. Glad I picked up something. Very filling and enjoyable. The food was ready quick and looked and smelled good. They have a happy hour(reduced prices) and options for kids. I recommend this spot.

When I say this place was delicious I mean it was one of the best burgers and tots I've ever tried. Stop by on my way back to Orange County and yelp is always my go to when I need to find a good place to eat. I ordered the Diablo burger or fuego (can't remember) and the blvd tots I wish I lived closer to this place.

It took over 20 minutes for two milkshakes. Slow wait times, sticky tables, rude workers and subpar food.

Came here on a recommendation from a friend, and it turned out to be a great find. The location is…read moreconveniently just off the freeway, making it an easy stop. The place has several different seating areas, which gives it a relaxed and flexible atmosphere depending on where you prefer to sit. They also offer a solid variety of drinks, giving you plenty of options depending on your taste and preferences. In addition to drinks, the menu includes food options, mainly salads and pizza. The pizza was surprisingly very good. I tried the Hawaiian pizza, which was flavorful, and the bread itself was delicious. Overall, it's a nice spot if you're looking for a place to grab a drink and enjoy a casual bite to eat.

This place was much bigger than I originally thought it would be! They have a large area inside,…read moreoutside and even an adults only section that is not really enforced since there were kids in there as well. The beer was pretty good, I had a couple of different varieties and they were all very tasty. The letdown was the pizza, I was kind of expecting close to the quality of Fluid State but nope, not even in the same league. It was actually bad, the crust kinda reminded me of when the kids were little and we took them to Chuck E Cheese. Regardless, the beer was good and even though it was packed Saturday night, we didn't have any issues finding a table.

I absolutely cannot get enough of this place…read more The basement here is really the place to be. I love the ambiance, and the history on the walls. The cocktails change so it's always fun to come back! I always try to be there when this section opens. I love the calmness of the space and it gets livelier as the night progresses and it does get packed Always one of my highly recommended spots for people who want great drinks, fantastic atmosphere and delicious food. If you're going to hang your hat on the speakeasy aesthetic--dim lights, hushed tones, whispers of…read moreexclusivity--then understand this: you're entering into an unspoken pact with your patrons. We expect a certain standard, a level of care that borders on obsession. So when I catch Evan Williams--respectable, questionable, but barely twelve bucks a bottle--making an appearance behind the bar, it feels like a breach of trust. A quiet betrayal under low lighting. The illusion only works if the details hold up under scrutiny... and that pour? It broke the spell. And then comes the real offense: discovering that your Old Fashioned--the crown jewel of any respectable cocktail program--are built on bottom-shelf, dust-collecting bourbon. That's not just a letdown, it's a slap in the face. A cocktail like that deserves reverence, not shortcuts. And as if to twist the knife, there it was--a massive can of red maraschino cherries sitting shamelessly atop the bar, like some relic from a dive that's given up on finesse. It wasn't just a misstep. It was disrespect. In a place claiming the speakeasy mantle, details like these matter. They're the difference between theater and parody. The cocktails did not warrant the $15 price tag. Moreover, I would have paid more had I know the class of bourbon upfront. What ultimately redeems the space is its ambiance. The low flicker of the fireplace, the soft embrace of worn leather sofas, the curated hum of music floating just above conversation--it's seductive, even soulful. The room itself is small, intimate--the kind of place where you're bound to recognize a face, or at the very least, feel inclined to invite a stranger to share the sofa and maybe a story. And then there's the setting--tucked beneath a historic relic, a basement bar built into the bones of old Americana. The building dates back to the early 1900s, echoing with a past that deserves to be honored, not phoned in. That's exactly why I expected more from the cocktails. A place with this much atmosphere shouldn't fall flat when it comes to what's in the glass. It's a mismatch--a beautiful stage, but a script that doesn't quite rise to meet it.
