I passed by this gym one day and saw their intro special, and I'll be honest it was incredibly hard, but they do encourage you do take breaks when necessary and do modifications of exercises depending on your fitness level. I ended up paying for the next 6 months in advance for unlimited kickboxing and I go to 4 classes a week (though you can do more or less depending on your interests and capabilities). Highly recommend, the instructors are welcoming and encouraging, they've also just created a kids program too if anyone's interested! read more

Just completed the six week challenge and I was successful! This gym is a great atmosphere. Although you are pushed you are also given space to accommodate exercises for those of us that aren't super fit. It's usually different exercises so it always feels challenging. The instructors are very respectful and encouraging. They have a few different instructors all with their in style. Can't complain about any of them. If you are pretty confident you have more than 20lbs to lose then sign of for the 6week challenge. It's a lot of work and investment. Good has to be precise, lots lots of water, and of course working-outat least at least three times a week. My last week and a half I needed take it up a notch and go everyday to get to my goal. I started off going to the Chino location and I loved it! I saw results really quickly! I had never done kickboxing before so I was a little hesitant but all the trainers are so helpful and they push you based on your level! I was so happy when they opened this walnut location because it is so much closer to where I live. The trainers at this location are just as great as chino! They always make you feel welcome! I went to the soft opening event they had last Saturday and there were a lot of people there signing up. They had a free kickboxing class that morning and it was a great workout. They have classes in the mornings and evenings. I'm not sure if this is the everyday price or a special for that day, but it was $29.99 for 5 classes and it came with free boxing gloves. Such an awesome gym! We've tried multiple workout classes, but this ones like no other! The classes give you a full body workout, not just kickboxing. The hours are really flexible, so we can go consistently. All the trainers and staff are really good; doesn't matter if you're brand new to the gym, or never worked out in your life! Love how the workout is so intense! I've done muay thai before but it's never been as intense and disciplined as the one at One Love Fit Club, Walnut. Two days after my workout I still felt a little sore on my legs but I don't really mind it because I know it means that I got a real good workout done. 100% recommended if you wanna do muay thai/kickboxing. Bear crawls are the bane of my existence, but I can't deny the results. I've only gone to 3 classes and I look more toned (alongside having a reasonable diet). This is a great fitness club that pushes you enough, but isn't unbelievably difficult. Coming from someone who used to do the generic treadmill running and weight machines at the local LA Fitness, One Love Fit Club has me sore in places I've never been sore before. I would describe it in detail but it would take too much time. Just throw down the $29 for the 5 classes and experience it yourself. That's only like 6 Starbucks coffees AND you get free boxing gloves. The only caveat is that the hours are kinda cruddy for the average working person. They only have classes 6am, 9am, 5pm, 6pm and 7:15pm. I wish they would have an 8pm class as well, as someone that works 9am-6pm my only options are 6am or 7:15pm. I did the $29 5 kickboxing special and I'm pretty sure I'll sign up for more after that and drop my LA fitness membership. read more

This place is amazing. The facility is really clean with top of the line equipment. All of the instructors (Nray, Ryan, Kyle, Aaron, Greg, and Memo) have a wealth of knowledge and can cater the exercise routine to your own fitness level. They really took the time to make sure my form was on point so that I can get the best efficiency out of my punches and kicks. The class is a challenge and definitely do-able. I really love how they incorporate strength training into the class and that every day is different. You will never get bored of this type of workout. Yesterday, as I walked into OLFC, it felt... "different" from the other 15 times I dropped by. The gym was completely filled, with enough punching bags for all, but the usual boxing trainers weren't there.. Greg... Memo.. where they at? 7:14 comes ticking by, one minute until the class was to begin, & I felt lost. As a substitute trainer started the class, with the usual rope jumping ceremony, I began to hear sounds from the gym's speakers that I haven't heard here before. I heard droning sirens on 808 drums from an RL Grime song; then I hear the dark, murky, cadence of a Future verse. TRAP. They never play trap here, what's going on? The transitions were on point & I knew it had to be a DJ's mix that I loved, and it was. FLOSS. Flosstradamus. This drove me to work way harder on the bag than usual. Felt like Lomachenko out here. Then as we started our cool down streches, someone changed the music into some reggae, which made complete sense. Issa vibe. Salute to whoever made the perfect transition. I knew yesterday was different, & I enjoyed it. read more

Decided to give the great introduction deal a try. The class was challenging, but I appreciated the instructor's ability to modify the exercises for all levels. Even though it was difficult, I loved the class and the feeling that I accomplished something that I never thought I would. I know that as time goes by, I will only get stronger and more confident in my abilities. Sure, there is a little pain a couple of days afterwards, but it is that great kind of pain that your body craves on its path to healthier living. read more
