In addition, they have been very accommodating in allowing me to change my appointments without charging me the usual fee for doing so. If you have insurance, they are very efficient in setting up the claim process so it is done automatically for you. They seem a little bit higher on the pricing for service, however as in many cases, it seems you get what you pay for here. This place is always busy, giving another indication that they provide quality service, and they seem to always accommodate taking new patients.

My in-laws recommended Dr. Far, as they have been patients of his for years. Thankfully, I was assessed and able to safely wait to have the dental work done until my insurance had switched over. I have been happy with Dr. Farkhondeh and his staff. I've gone for two cleanings and repair of my chipped tooth. I was very impressed with the numbing injection for my dental work as it worked perfectly but didn't seem to last for hours on end afterwards, which is something I have experienced in the past. The front desk and the hygienists are so welcoming and caring. It makes going to the dentist enjoyable. They were patient in answering all my questions and even empathised with my complaints about insurance. Would definitely recommend!

I accepted the five minute consultation but was shocked by the large bill. The price was ridiculous had I wanted to wait for my regular dentist I would not have gone into their office. The price and service was a waste of time, I wish the reviews had been more helpful. Be apprehensive of this dentist office, they were no help, my tooth is not repaired, and the bill was huge.

He is the most gentle dentist and even a friend who had a huge fear of dentists now happily visits him regularly for cleanings and checkups. The offices are clean, staff are friendly from the walk in through to the assistants and hygienists, everyone you meet is gentle, kind, and extremely knowledgeable about their jobs. The equipment is excellent and Dr Song keeps up on technology - I've been seeing him for a few years now and the office is always updating to the best tools available. They do direct billing if you are covered by insurance and they always do the work that's needed, but nothing more. I can't praise Dr Song or his team and office highly enough. I hope to never have to find a new dentist again.

My husband had previously gone to the clinic for a crown, and after his glowing recommendation, I went for myself for an initial consult. I highly recommend this clinic- not only are they top of the line with their practices and equipment, they're also the kindest practitioners I've ever had the pleasure to meet. Thank you again Alexandra!
