The service was very professional. I did like that she inspected everythign thoroughly before start and took the time to explain why skin tags develop and also what the procedure steps will be along with the medical compounds involved in removal and post-removal care. The procedure took about 1 hr, was very fast and with little or no pain. It's been 2 weeks since and the black spots left by the procedure have fallen and the scars healed very well, almost unnoticeable. I ma very happy and relieved to be able to do my regular maintenance and make-up routine without all those annoying and noticeable bumps on my neck and decoltee. Thank you Iryna, I will certainly revist you in the future and warmly recommend your services to those in need.

This was the first time I didn't feel the need to go home and wash all the product on my face. Rather, I could carry out my day and attend to my errands. In the past, no matter where I went to get facials or extractions done, my face would be red, blotchy, and oily! The days following, my skin got even better. It was glowing from within, there were no breakouts, my existing blemishes were diminished, my fine lines started to soften, and I wasn't as oily. For your reference, I have sensitive, oily, and acne prone skin. One session really addressed all my skin issues. Because of this, I actually planned out all my facial sessions within a 6 month time period before my wedding. My skin was in its best condition it could ever be in and I couldn't be any happier with the investment and trust I have in Vivian's services. Let's talk about Vivian. She is such a warm and personable person that really makes you feel comfortable throughout the entire session. She is very thorough and explains each of the steps as she's doing the CLF. I've recommended a lot of my friends and clients to her and the ones that end up going, absolutely love it!

I love to come here to pamper myself. I took one star away because the price is quite steep. Mind you, you are getting what you pay for. While it's true, I've been told, that you can find a cheaper salon with the same quality, the chances of that happening is slim and it mostly depends on the technician you get. At Polished, you will ALWAYS get perfection so you are essentially paying for peace of mind. I don't mind paying a higher price when I know I'm going to walk out with nails that last 4 weeks and I feel 100% pampered/ amazing. Staff is amazing. Kirin and Carrie always do my shellac manicure and pedicure. They remember what we talked about at my last visit and engage me in nice conversation. They're the sweetest! This was by far the BEST experience I had - from the beautiful ambiance (the wax bar looks exactly like how you see in the pictures), friendly receptionist Cassie (she brought a chair to hold my cell phone while it was charging so I didn't need to put it on the floor... super kind gesture that I wasn't expecting nor even thinking about)! I'm timid when it comes to getting a Brazilian - I get nervous as I'm completely at the professional's mercy lol and they see everything!!! But this was almost painless, overall it was like a 1 of 10 in pain - because the technique Amanda applied was flawless. She pulled small patches at a time and was very skilled at what she was doing. I can definitely identify a good waxing technique when I feel it! I'm almost convinced that waxing is less painful than sugaring as the technique is the same... I prefer sugaring for the natural ingredients, but for the experience - I might just convert back to waxing. And there's nobody I would trust more than Amanda at Waxon Vaughan- it is worth the trip!! :)

I did a fair amount of research before deciding on coming back here for cumulative treatment. What I like about this place specifically is that it's in effect a "no frills" clinic.
