It was not until I was in intake that they made me aware that the 10 units were for the next visit. I understand that this has been an issue in the past now that I have looked at the reviews. Why didn't I look at them before book? Well I guess I trust and shame on me. They are great deceivers at this clinic. I am leaving pictures of the ad from Facebook page for the proof of their deception. Buyer beware. Thank you Sarah for the response. I'm sure that you're aware that if you "send a massage" which your social media post advertises you are sent to your 24 h hour business chat. Through correspondence there is NO mention of the 10 free units upon next appointment nor having to pay for 10 to receive the 10. Thank you for your time but you really need to update your business model so patients like me don't feel like they are being taken. Full stop.

Disappointing Customer Service Overshadows Good Treatment Experience…read moreI was first introduced to this clinic by a good friend who had a positive results here, so when I needed a procedure, I didn't hesitate to schedule a consultation. In November 2022, I flew to Toronto for my first Co2 laser treatment, and Nurse Courage performed the procedure. Despite the ongoing building repairs at the time, Nurse Courage was attentive, professional, and created a peaceful, reassuring environment -- exactly what you want when you're undergoing an ablative, potentially harsh procedure. I was impressed with the results of the treatment and the care I received, which led me to book more sessions. A year later, in November 2023, I returned for a follow-up treatment and purchased a package for three additional sessions, paying in full, in cash, as I had done before. I did not receive receipts for any of these payments, either in person or by email, though I do have all the email communication with the clinic detailing the payment amounts and package prices. Fast forward to October 2024 -- I had scheduled my third treatment for October 22nd. However, just days before my appointment, I was informed that the session had been canceled. Over the course of several phone calls, I received various explanations: one time it was because "the machine was having a software update," another time it was because "the machine wasn't in the building," and finally, I was told "the machine was broken." Given that I had booked travel to Toronto specifically for this appointment -- including hotel, car rental, and airfare -- I was extremely disappointed. I was refunded only for the taxes I paid on the airfare bookings, which did not cover the full costs, thankfully hotel and car rental cancelled my booking successfully. The real frustration came when I tried to resolve the situation with customer service. I spoke with a manager named Anna Goth, and her treatment of me was nothing short of rude. As a loyal customer who has been visiting this clinic for two years, and having paid in advance for multiple treatments, I expected better communication and more respect. The responses I received were inconsistent -- one day I was told I would receive a refund via check, the next I was informed that no refunds would be issued at all for prepaid packages. There were also issues with the receipts I finally received -- one was issued two years after my payment, and the other a year later, with discrepancies in the amounts listed. At no point did I receive an apology for the inconvenience or the treatment and lies I endured over the phone. Instead, I felt dismissed and disrespected, which has severely impacted my trust in this clinic. Customer service plays a crucial role in the overall experience of any procedure, especially something as personal as a facial ablative treatment. Poor service can easily overshadow any positive outcomes and leave a lasting negative impression. It is important for businesses, especially those offering medical or cosmetic procedures, to handle such situations with integrity and professionalism to foster trust and encourage clients to return and refer others. I still have all the necessary documentation, including emails, screenshots, and communication that could help resolve this situation. If the clinic decides to honor the services I've paid for and properly address my concerns, my case shouldn't be handle by the manager I mentioned above; in that way I may reconsider my stance. As someone who shares their experiences on social media I will document my experience and post it, updating my reviews as well; However, at this point, I am very hesitant to return for future treatments or recommend this clinic to others. I hope the company takes customer feedback seriously and ensures that no one else has to experience the same poor service that I did have.

My appointment was a bit last minute, there was a cancellation and Julie squeezed me in. So I was a bit flustered when I arrived. But Julie was very nice and accommodating to let me go move my car from street (an hour is not enough time for the appt) to a GreenP. I had to sit and wait for someone to leave for a spot. Thank you, Julie, for being so patient and still giving me a full spa experience even though we started a little late.

I really wanted this to be a good experience. I called to get my birthday nails done and asked…read morespecifically if they had time for designs and extensions but the extensions had to be clear. They don't have nail stickers or add ons or don't do many designs and most importantly they don't have the clear gel I requested .They do only simple nails and offered me chrome but just a simple layer. In no point intime were the designs led to be simple when I booked. I showed about 6 different designs and none were possible. I asked ahead if they had what I needed because I am not allowed to do my nails often due to the delicacy of mine (they're super thin and should refrain from getting them done often) and the one time I go a year I was given in the end a basic gel no design no paint nothing for 71$ I was given a 10 % discount and a sheet mask. I really don't want to be upset but the whole ordeal especially since the staff was so nice but it was a giant waste of time and money. I now have to go to another salon to get them painted and maybe rip off two to get the clear tips. I'm just so disappointed and upset I don't mind spending money as long as the end result is what I asked and if your capabilities aren't there let us know I refuse to spend over 100 for a paint job over long nails I'll just get stick ons for that.

I posted this review a week ago sharing my experience because I didn't want anyone else going…read morethrough what I went through. Back story: I had appointments in January for laser scar removal. However, I was given a skin lighting cream to use in conjunction with my treatments and was not told that I needed to stop three days prior to my appointment. I ended up going to my appointment but was told that I needed to move the appointment to a different day since I had just used a lightening skin cream that morning. I was told to email the director to reinstate my appointment. In January he emailed me back and reinstated my appointment. I then went to the appointment he reinstated. Please find attached screenshots for reference of our communication. That happened in January and fast forward we are now in April. As time passed I really wasn't satisfied with the service provided so I decided to leave a review a week ago. After my review the owner unprofessionally revoked my last treatment session coming up in May. This was a complete separate appointment with a different laser which I paid for separately from the one he reinstated. I have already paid in full and he has not provided me a refund. He decided to cancel my last upcoming appointment out of spite due to my bad review and is trying to link it to the missed appointment that he already reinstated in January (almost 5 months ago). I truly wish I had read reviews before booking at this establishment. My background as a nurse gives me a different perspective. Some staff members seemed underqualified, contributing to an uncomfortable environment from the beginning. During my second laser session, the nurse appeared unsure of how to use the laser and needed assistance. The procedure was incredibly painful, resulting in scarring. Despite assurances that this was normal, the pain was intense, and six treatments have not improved the scars. I need to mention that a-lot of 5 star reviews are misleading because the owner often reinstates appointments in exchange for reviews. While I understand that not every client will have a negative experience, it's crucial to take the poor reviews seriously. Sometimes the issues can be remedied by how it is handled. However, the way the owner handles issues at this company demonstrates a lack of professionalism and extreme immaturity. In response to any criticism, he decides to just cancel your appointments unethically. I caution you that if you do have any negative feedback please leave them after all your appointments have been completed. Please see attached photos:
