I went again last night with a friend, and it will likely be my last visit. The therapist used the bare minimum amount of oil, which caused my skin to be pulled on my arms, neck, and legs--it was a terrible experience. She repeated the same strokes over and over to the point where the bottoms of my feet felt like they were burning. They also use latex gloves, which I'm allergic to, and she barely applied any oil to my feet. I spent most of the session counting down until it was over. When she rolled me over to work on my upper and lower back, all she did was repeatedly roll along my spine. I've been here many times and know what a good experience should be, but this was awful. Over the past year, the quality of the staff has clearly declined--either they've lost skilled workers or someone has gotten lazy. I will be going elsewhere moving forward.

I knew I needed something more than just PT or even a spa massage. I needed help sorting out the root of the issues and treating the whole body. Don't get it twisted. This is not a relaxing spa type of massage. This is what I like to call the torture but feels good afterwards therapy. I won't stay on a spot when I'm foam rolling if it's too painful, but here, I have to let go of that control and let them work through all the issues. They work the entire chain (it's all connected so if you're feeling pain in your back it could be from you neck and shoulders or even your glutes & hamstrings). Sports massage is not just for athletes, this will help anyone dealing with nagging issues or even to help prevent issues down the road. Though if you are wanting to perform better or feel better as you train, this is an absolute necessity and important self-care. I have worked with several of the therapists here, and they are all phenomenal in their own technique and style, so you can't go wrong with any of them. I especially love how they all consult with you first before going into the therapy so they can hear what's going on and treat you accordingly. There's no way I would have crossed that finish line last December or bounced back as well if not for the incredible team here. A special thank you to Clayton and Jennifer who are no longer at this location but were pivotal in my healing. Thank you to Mitchell who has been especially helpful the last two times working out issues with my back and hips, and thank you to Azeontoinette and Zan for helping me out in between my regular sessions!
