Because I had driven a long distance for this facial, I waited for another 40 minutes, hoping to hear back. Unfortunately, I never received a response, follow-up, or even an apology. This was an extremely frustrating and unprofessional experience. Being completely stood up without any communication or acknowledgment is unacceptable.
