Just received the ugliest & saddest floral arrangement. My aunt asked for bright Fall colors to wish my family a Happy & Healthy New Year. We received flowers I wouldn't even want at my funeral. I love receiving flowers as it's not a regular occurrence & look forward to this bouquet every year- it's from family who live far away & we can't be together for the holidays, but these are sad & depressing. I called this flower shop to send roses to my wife as one of those just because things we all do. No particular reason or occasion. The woman I spoke with on the phone was very courteous and patient as I decided what to send. So great customer service on that front. The roses were delivered a couple hours later. I knew that as I received a call from my wife , very happy and excited, thanking me for the beautiful flower arrangement. When she brought them home I could see what she meant. The dozen rose bouquet that was delivered looked better than what I saw on the business website. The roses looked fresh and very much alive. Even today , three days after delivery, the flowers look as good as when they were delivered. A wonderful product. I called their store in the morning to make sure they received the order and it was delivered in the afternoon with an email confirmation. The flowers looked beautiful, and they hand wrote the note. I should have known that it wasn't going to be a good experience from the lady that I talked to; she couldn't get anything straight. Very disappointed in the bouquet. Asked for a bright large birthday bouquet. To make it cost the $50 minimum they put in ugly usual flowers that don't even look like a flowers with lots of greenery for filler and even with all the filler it was a small bouquet. read more

Talk about fast! The flowers were really fresh and and turned out so beautiful I couldn't deny! What I did not realize was the person I was sending them to was out of town and wouldn't be back for 10 days.They called when they delivered, and went back and got the flowers and are Re-delivering them on the day she gets back at no extra charge. Been in this store several times. The staff is awesome and go out of their way to accomodate any needs you have. Store smells wonderful and selection of flowers and arrangements are so unique and beautiful. These arrangements last longer than grocery store arrangements and are just as cheap.
