The pump motor was not secured to the floor and when the pump was turned on the pump motor would vibrate and move around. The vibrations caused the pvc pipe connected to the pump to become loose and leak. He secured the motor and repaired the leak. He also noticed the ground wire of the pump was not grounded so he got it grounded too. If the ground wire had come in contact with the tub someone would have gotten electrocuted. Matthew fixed all those things and was finished in about an hour. Now out whirlpool works safely again. Great good. Great price. I would hire him again.p

I had been having fits with my pool sweep not getting the bottom of the pool cleaned. The other company tried for seven months to fix the issue but they weren't successful (and they charged me each time). I called Ken and explained the circumstances to him. He said he had some availability later that evening and swung by the house. In a matter of a few minutes, Ken analyzed the issue, got parts from his truck and fixed it!!! Yes, they are professionals which means that certain repairs will cost more. However, with a service visit, they can assess beforehand and give you a quote, leaving you to decide if you would like to go with their services. Personally, as a homeowner, there were several things wrong with our new build that we needed some help on. Our builders rushed through several things, including an issue with electricity that always scares me. The staff who helped us have always been extremely dedicated, explaining us each step they were going to do patiently, without contempt or condescension. Again, I can't say I've always experienced that, particularly as a woman of color living in the South. Our neighbor recommended their maintenance service, and we have invested in it with no regrets. The people who chat with us are always polite, no matter on the phone or in person. The standard of care is really high, and I think they really value people at their company. He did not clean the pool and did not test the water. The chlorine levels were so high the pool was unsafe to use. This was brought to the owner's wife attention and she stated we would not be charged. I would suggest making sure you have cameras because this company in not TRUSTWORTHY They will still try to collect for services not rendered.
