They have legally broke California's law regarding timing to return my deposit so now I have to go file small claims because these snakes are trying to keep money that doesn't belong to them. I would never recommend doing business with a company that can't manage their money nor the smallest business transactions.

They are dirty and do not repair things like plumbing in timely manner. They had a plumbing issue…read moreof feces flooding the flower beds and apartments manager dodged calls and was laughed at by repair guy when finally reached had human feces and TP allover flower bed area for days a and horrid rancid smell. That leaked into apartment could not even stay there. Had to call Reedley fire dept due to the only thing I could think of the fecal smell caused the carbon monoxide detector to keep going off. The toilet was also not working due to them letting the fecal matter flow out into flower beds. None of it was properly cleaned up visible fecal matter was seen all over apartment surrounding. Manager did nothing!!!!! Do not recommend uninhabitable !!!!dirty!!!! Property management should know what's going on this is a public health issue that was not properly addressed.

My old manager? meh... didn't really care, made me feel like I was losing money and it was all on me. Chambers kinda changed all that. Vacancies dont drag forever anymore, tenants actually pay on time, treat the place decent... sounds simple but after what I went thru before it felt amazing. Tenants seem way calmer too. Less drama, fewer complaints... stuff actually gets handled. Chambers takes care of the communication, maintenance, all that stuff without turning it into a headache. Tenants know who to call and stuff actually gets fixed lol. I also like that I'm not just left guessing anymore. New applicant? I know. Lease signed? I know. Something pops up? After a while, I just stopped asking and hoped nothing went wrong, which isn't exactly comforting when real money is involved. Once Chambers took over, that changed pretty quickly. Now when I have a question, I ask it and I get a real answer. Not days later. Not after following up multiple times. Just a normal, timely response like you would expect. It sounds basic, but it made a huge difference. What really stood out to me was how approachable they are. I've asked about lease stuff, tenant situations, random landlord questions, even things I probably should already know. I never felt rushed, brushed off, or made to feel dumb for asking. There were also times I reached out about things that weren't urgent at all or weren't technically their issue yet. They still helped me think it through and gave honest input. That was unexpected and genuinely appreciated. At this point, I don't feel like I'm guessing anymore.
