First, I love supporting locally owned and operated businesses over national chains or franchises. If I ever have a question, concern or suggestion, the owner has met me with open ears, ready to do what it takes to keep customers happy. Second, they hire great therapists. As in any industry, turnover on some level is expected, but this small local business has therapists who've been with them for over a decade! I tend to have my "regular" and favorite therapists, but if scheduling is a challenge, the front desk is happy to consider my needs and preferences in recommending a new therapist they feel might be a fit - and I've never been disappointed. Thirdly, the space is comfortable, well appointed, clean and feels safe. Getting body services can feel vulnerable - they have created a culture and atmosphere that (as a woman) makes me feel SAFE! Also, when booking, you can mention your preference for a male or female therapist - a nice touch! And lastly, their price points and membership option make regular self-care accessible!! I wholeheartedly endorse their membership plans - they are a great way to schedule regular sessions (they key to maintaining good health!) and if I miss a month or two I don't lose my credits! A perfect plan for when I'm traveling or when life gets in the way! I really can't say enough great things about this business!!

I made my appointment online a few days in advance, completed my forms online, and day of I was shocked to find 2 spots right in front of the building (in Old Town Scottsdale on a Saturday!). Walking in, I was immediately calm- it smelled good and there was a very chill vibe. Jazmine was my therapist and she started off by giving me an overview then I changed and got onto the table (just like you would for a massage) and she came back to start working on me. Activating the lymphatic system only requires light touch followed by a stronger massage to start moving the toxins to their exit point and reducing inflammation. I dozed off several time throughout as the table I was on was heated and I was really able to unwind during my service. 10/10 overall, a really positive experience!

They got us through our paperwork quickly, and helped us with scheduling our next appointment Ambiance: 4/5 - obviously this isn't the same kind of spa as what you're going to get at a 5 * hotel. But for what it is the ambiance is very nice. The massage rooms were nice and dim, warm but not too hot, and they had on soothing music. The general space was very clean, and felt welcoming. Massage: 4.5/5 - the massage therapist that I had was very good, not phenomenal - but, she knew what she was doing. The pressure was mostly good for me, although at a few points a bit too firm (I did ask for medium-firm though, so no complaints). I did appreciate that after the massage my therapist mentioned that while I have been experiencing shoulder/upper back pain, it was likely caused by tightness in my pectoral area pulling my shoulders forward. She gave me some suggestions to stretch and strengthen that region, and told me it would likely help my shoulder pain. My therapist also seemed to be flexible, which I like. I imagine if I continue to go back to that location and receive care from her, she will quickly learn what pressure I enjoy, my problem areas, etc. Price: 3/5 - I feel like the price is reasonable. The introductory rate is really good and when you add on an extra 30 minutes it's only $1/min. But if you're not a member (monthly), or on the introductory plan it can be a bit on the pricey side for the kind of spa service you're getting. I believe it's about $110 for 50 minutes. There are definitely some hotel spas around Scottsdale that are only $135 for 50 minutes, but you also get access to many more spa features (saunas, hot tub, pool, steam rooms, etc). So if you're planning on going more than once, grab a membership, it's definitely the most cost effective option. Our biggest complaint was that we didn't schedule the 80 minute appointment. 50 minutes is just too short. It almost feels like you're just getting going and then you have to leave. We'll definitely be back though!

I have had all ranges of massages and my massage therapist blew it out of the water. It truly felt as if she was tailoring the massage to my body and needs.
