The price was $15 for adults and $8 for kids aged 5-12. All children are free on Sunday. What perfect timing, we passed by the Mohegan sun booth right in time for the 4pm Tao chef demo session. I've eaten at Tao before, so I was eager to participate. All I had to do was place a $25 bet on the app and it granted my party of 4 admission. The chef was very entertaining. We got a delicious BLT bao bun each and each got a ticket to redeem a $10 drink from a nearby juice truck, Ta' Deliciozo. The juices were made fresh with quality ingredients. To top it off, under our chairs was an envelope with a prize listed. We won merchandise and credit in the app. This was a very good steal! Definitely got our money's worth. We stop by a few tastyfood trucks then watched some of the 6pm Ready Go Dog Show. I enjoyed this event and will definitely be back next year!

We walked around & ended up @ the Mohegan Sun booth 1st. Any one of us (except my niece) could have bet $25 for a free appetizer & drink for each of us. My sister volunteered. The food was from Tao in Mohegan. It was a mini thick bacon sandwich w/ lettuce,tomatoes,& a special sauce. It was pretty good. The drinks were from Ta'Deliciozo truck(Norwich). I'm not gonna lie I found 4 free drink tickets so we all had 2 drinks each. Score!!! I got the guava & then the soursop juice. When I tell you those fresh drinks were soooooo yummy! I then saw a Mr. Softee ice cream truck. I had to get me a vanilla cone w/ rainbow sprinkles. That is my forever order. If you never had Mr.Softee ice cream I don't know what to tell you. You have no idea what you're missing. I also tried vegetable dumplings & bbq breaded chicken cutlets w/ nacho fries . I forget the name of the places. It wasn't that good anyways. Finally, to end it all I attended the dog show! Pretty cool experience overall. I will be back next year!

But when you step into Tava's class, that initial trepidation quickly melts away and you are immediately felt to be welcomed, empowered, and encouraged. Tava's classes are 100% judgement free. Nobody is too old or too young, too large or too small. We are all here to learn, we are all free to be ourselves, and we all celebrate and motivate each other. And it is in this setting we fall deeply in love with this dance. We learn to love the challenge of new movements. We learn to appreciate the history and context of the music that Tava so adeptly reminds us of. We don't just learn how to dance, we learn why we dance. If you're nervous or anxious to try a class, that's normal. Now get over it and give yourself the gift of a belly dance class with Tava. It can truly be a life-enhancing if not a life-changing experience.

As a performer she will make any event truly special!! She interacts with her audience in such a fun way that can get everyone dancing! ( Or at least sharing in the joy) . Aside from being such a beautiful dancer, as a teacher, she's also incredibly professional, patient, encouraging, warm and kind. She takes a lot of care to help each dancer improve, at every level, whether you're a beginner or performing regularly. I look forward to her classes at Work It Fitness in Norwalk every week- it's the highlight of my work week, and the best way to start my weekend on Saturday's. Whenever I leave her classes I find myself smiling and feeling great, from the positive energy of people there. I love the beautiful movements she helps us make, and the control she helps you develop, which personally help me feel more strong, confident and feminine. I love the different music she chooses and curates each week, the different themes she'll go over, and the warm sense of community she provides. Her private lessons are also amazing- I have learned so much from her! She's one of the best dancers and teachers you could possibly find.

Eric came on time - his performance consisted of 45 mins of magic and 15 mins of balloon twisting for the kids. Glad to have met and hired Eric to do the birthday show. Fun fact: Eric was able to make a balloon dog figure behind his back in under 10 seconds.

Private boarding is the only option and it comes at a pretty penny so don't think anything otherwise as most here have huge discretionary funds, even if a lot of it is leveraged debt! Oh, did I mention you can't just join the club but have to be invited? Nice opener, eh? My one and only inquiry was stopped dead when on location seeking answers I was told to come back with my neighbor who's a member instead of actually get the information I sought directly while on location. Big time turn off to say the least, especially since a half dozen members I know all say the club membership basis is shrinking fast...
