I stopped in today hoping to get a small device to try dabs. While the guy was nice enough, the…read moretime it took him to even show me options took about 10 minutes. Then he spent another 15 trying to look for a compatible piece to go with it and while I wasn't necessarily in a rush when I got there, this was now taking a lot longer than I expected . After I started being more vocal about my need to leave he ended up offering me the larger pipe and while nicely suggesting he was going to give me an additional piece for it, also ended up charging me $110 which was outrageous given I had already told him this was for trying something new and I didn't want anything too expensive. Because I was in such a rush at that point I just took it. Honestly, I feel taken advantage of for trying to be nice and patient and I will definitely never be going back here

I purchased a Puffco Hot Knife from this shop earlier today and immediately realized it was…read moredefective -- it never powered on or worked at all. I came back within two hours of purchase with the product still unused, and the employee was hesitant to believe me. He called his boss, who claimed he had "never heard of issues with Puffco products." After a quick Google search, I found that this is actually a very common problem with the Hot Knife, and Puffco even acknowledges it under their warranty policy. The shop reluctantly exchanged it for a new one, and at the owner's request, the employee opened the replacement in front of me. It also didn't work straight out of the box. The boss then suggested we "charge it for a while," so I waited about 10 minutes in the store -- still nothing. I took it home and charged it for over an hour, and it's doing the exact same thing: blinking light, won't power on. I called back to let them know, and was told to "take it up with Puffco" myself. That's unacceptable. As a distributor of Puffco products, they should stand behind what they sell and ensure they're providing working merchandise -- not push the problem onto the customer. Now I'm out $55 and stuck with a defective product. Avoid this shop unless you want to gamble on faulty merchandise and zero accountability.

I had time to kill so I wanted to check out their huge store and products. They have a ton of bowls, bongs, grinders, vapes, cigars, rolling trays, and almost any accessory you can think of. They are a bit overpriced, but they do have a large selection of unique pieces that are hard to find. Definitely one of the bigger smoke shops I've been in (and I've been in many). Really well stocked & organized, easy to navigate, and good service. They do not allow for refunds or store credit, though. Based…read moreon reviews online Kush Groove was the only place we really considered and it did not disappoint. The set up was very professional and a great look at how it can/should be done. Before we were even allowed entry to the store we had to show I.D to prove our age. If you can't do that you wouldn't even know what's inside. Once inside we were very impressed with the products on offer although almost overwhelmed with the possibilities. We had a rough idea what we wanted (far too much but you're not going to a buffet for the salad) and were taken care of by the awesome Rashaun (hope I've spelled that right, thanks dude). It was as easy and straightforward as buying bread and milk, exactly as it should be. The quality was outstanding, very happy with the prices and the service. I should review you twice so that I can give you ten stars.
