After 3 design sessions, Vyanka provides you a very detailed construction plan with detailed 2D layouts, measurements, and location of every fixture, hook, control valve, light,...ect. We found ourselves referring to the construction package every day as our contractor had questions. Vyanka takes your inputs and incorporate them in 3-4 different options and provide material selections from high end, middle, and budget friendly. On my last few bath remodel, I used Lowe's and Home Depot fixtures. But we are glad that Vyanka introduced us to some very nice fixtures that are like jewels that elevated the entire Masterbath. Unfortunately, the furniture delivered was not at all what was promised. Several pieces arrived stained, damaged, worn out, and not suitable for a luxury listing presentation. We immediately raised our concerns upon delivery and asked for the items to be removed because the overall look and condition did not reflect what was discussed or marketed to us. Despite this, we were still charged a non-refundable fee, even though the issue was the quality and condition of the furniture provided -- not simply a change of mind. As a real estate company that stages properties regularly, professionalism and presentation are extremely important to us. We were willing to continue working with them if acceptable replacement furniture had been available, but that option was not offered. Very disappointing experience overall.
