Imagine This Staged sold my house!! The house itself is a lovely coastal home but because it's by…read morethe beach the realtor suggested we show it without furniture. After 3 weeks with no interest I contacted Imagine This Staged because the realtor who sold us our new home had highly recommended him despite my reluctance on hiring a stager. Frankly most staged homes I've seen never inspired me. My mind completely changed when we hired Kayvon from Imagine This Staged and I went to see it after he staged it. The house looked amazing. The following 2 open houses our staged home received 2 offers. I give no thanks to the realtor who did little to help sell the house but I give Imagine This Staged a huge amount of credit for making a really nice house look amazing. When I saw it I couldn't believe how it looked with the vision of Imagine This Staged. I am still amazed at the job they did. I have never seen such a terrific job of staging a home!! Thank you.

He understands what will work versus what won't help the sale; he knows what kind of design will appeal to the most people, and how to make each room look functional, large, and light. He also offered his advice on things I could do in addition to his staging that would also enhance my property. His price is reasonable, and he always responded to my questions within minutes (including FaceTiming with me while I was in a store shopping for a new ceiling fan and chandelier!). If I ever move again, I will not hesitate to call Imagine This Staged.

Not only did we buy the house but made a good deal with Morgan and her crew to purchase some of the pieces they used to pump up the property. Unfortunately one of the pieces of the sectional failed and upon hearing of the issue Morgan got in touch with the wholesaler, arranged for us to pick out another sectional, had it delivered 50 miles away, took away the broken sectional and set up the new one. Fast, efficient and way above and beyond what we were expecting. All with a smile!!!! The kind of customer service that everyone should subscribe to.

I have hired 1st Stage for multiple properties over the years. In the past, they generally did…read moregreat work and I was impressed with their staging style, professionalism, availability, and pricing. That said, my most recent experience was disappointing. I had them stage a modern townhouse in Costa Mesa near the beach. Unfortunately, the staging style they chose did not match the aesthetic of the property at all. I am not a designer, so I typically trust their vision and let them take the lead. This time, I reached out to their team and simply asked if we could swap out a few items to make the space feel more modern or beachy. I was told I would need to pay a restocking fee. That response was frustrating. I had referred them many jobs and clients in the past, and while the fee itself was not a large amount, it felt unnecessary and left a bad impression. They did eventually waive the fee, which I appreciated, but the situation already felt mishandled. Fast forward a bit. The property did not sell, and I requested that it be de-staged. Their team came out a few days later and removed the furniture. A few months after that, they emailed both me and my client, who was the actual party to the staging contract, claiming there was a prorated balance due for a few extra days the furniture remained in the home. The amount was under $400. The contract was between my client and 1st Stage, not me, so I was confused as to why I was included. Shortly after, Mark Sutton emailed me directly asking if I could take care of the payment by the next day. I found that extremely unprofessional. Agents are the ones who bring them business, and asking me to personally pay an invoice that had nothing to do with me showed a real lack of business judgment. I expressed my disappointment with their customer service, and the only response I received was a payment link. If you are looking for a stager who truly feels like a partner and values long-term relationships, I would think twice before using this company. In my experience, once an issue arises, you are treated like just another number, and preserving relationships does not seem to be a priority.

I googled home staging companies in Laguna Hills to take care of a family members home. After calling multiple companies I found Hope with Redefined Home Staging. She was very responsive, and a real pleasure to work with. She came in and gave an affordable bid and had favorable terms with the balance of the staging costs to be paid at close of escrow. She worked really hard to accommodate my seller's concerns and requests and made the whole process quick and easy. The home sold in 17 days amidst the uncertainty of Covid19 and we had great feedback on how well the home showed from the agents who showed buyers the home. We received multiple offers on the property and the seller is beyond ecstatic to be closing escrow so quickly. Thank you Hope for a job well done! Not only did your crew fill all the holes from picture hangings, but the place was fully vacuumed and left spotless. I highly recommend Redefined Home Staging and feel fortunate to have found Hope who provided excellent customer service as well as commendable and ethical business practices. I look forward to working with you again in the future. You were AWESOME!!! Sincerely, Renata Green-Gaber Seven Gables Real Estate

She is a great stager and can really bring out the best out of a space to help it sell. Redefined has some really nice staging pieces for a variety of interiors (she has worked with me on homes ranging from Irvine tract to luxury coastal). Hope is also very helpful when it comes to picking new finishes in a listing such as paint and flooring. But most of all I just find Hope a wonderful person. She is super responsive, understanding, always helpful, great with my clients, and really goes out of her way to help you sell your property. Absolutely wonderful customer service. She will remain the one person I call when I need a new listing staged.
