It really works, and seeing his results, my whole family wants to send their dogs to puppy school as well. Bianca and Eric are amazing. Now for grooming, honestly, I don't take Romeo there anymore. He's a standard poodle, and for a full groom there I paid almost $100. Then I compared to another groomer when I went to San Antonio (these prices apply to all locations). Anyway, I wanted just Romeo's feet, face, and sanitary areas done. Petsmart said it would count as a full grooming (once again $90-$100 due to his breed and size). Meanwhile, I also called and took him to this other location called the Pink Poodle in San Antonio who special in poodle grooming. I had waaaaay better results than with Petsmart and for only $60 with a cute bandana! Another thing about Petsmart grooming, is anytime I take him, his haircut always looks a little funky, and I just wait for him to grow more hair again since it grows so fast. That wasn't the case with this last groomer. So to conclude, amazing training! Meh groomers.

About two hours later they called from the emergency vet because they cut her leg and she needed 6 stitches. On a 3lb dog that is a HUGE cut. The Vet took over 6 hours once she got there and didn't give her anything for pain because Pet Smart wouldn't pay for it !!!! The only thing they wanted to give her was one free hair cut Who are these monsters ??? DON'T take your babies to the Butchers !!!

So often I find myself running to Petco because I don't enjoy the selection elsewhere. They have such cute collars etc, great treat and food varieties, and their grooming salon is very helpful. I've never groomed my standard poodle there, but when inquiring about it, the lady at the desk helped me find what brushes I needed for my Romeo since he had gotten sticker burrs in his hair. Then, she even remembered me and showed me how to use them. Overall super helpful!

I dont keep freshwater tanks so i cant comment on the health of the animals. The saltwater side of the store looked worse off than the fresh side. The tanks that normally keep fish had a few basic fish in them, a lot were empty. The tank in the center of the store had a few small basic corals but also had a very sick clown swimming in it. Any coral that would be sold from it would spread the disease to other fish at home. The product selection was very lacking. One small wall maybe 8 feet by 8 feet had products. When asked if they could custom order a product from a brand already carried in the store i was quoted a higher price than in 300 miles in any direction from the store, including Lubbock, Hobbs, El Paso, San Angelo and parts of San Antonio. Lot of great brands. From Georgia Boots, to Carolina's. But this place has more than that. Great place to get winter clothes during winter. They have their Carhartt's , they have dickeys and a few other brands I didn't recognize. They have work jackets, long shirts, winter and regular pants. They have everything you would need to go to work. They also sell tractors and tools. They have trailers out in the front of the building. And they also sell sheds. Only got winter clothing since they got them on sale. Love the end of the season sale. Even though it starts in the middle of the winter.

The pricing was unbeatable, for the money and the value, this trailer couldn't be beat. Back to Melissa, she went so far above and beyond customer service, it's almost insane; she even worked late just to make sure I was happy and go to go before she left. Her sense if humor through the whole running around making copies and such was top shelf. She is quite entertaining. I cannot say thank you enough to Melissa, I will definitely go back there, and I will definitely ask if Melissa is working.

I told the front lady that I'm interested in a ferret and just wanted to know care taking and maintenance, I've never had a ferret and wanted someone who was experienced with them to tell me what it's actually like hands on instead of getting information via web. She immediately gave me an ugly face and told me I needed to do my homework before she would sell to me. That its not something I could love every now and then when I'm bored. It was a store full of people and I just walked away. I've never encountered someone so rude before. I literally just wanted information on it instead of just buying one and winging it. I love animals and have never mistreated any. It was extremely uncomfortable and embarrassing. Do not recommend.
