There really should be a negative star rating on here, fr fr but anyway PLEASE do not waste your time and money with these people I had a 4 hour move that turned into 8.5 and still wasn't complete they had to leave a lot of my things at the old house, couldn't move my washer and dryer in the house, played around wrapping furniture forever, and on the phone then brought in the furniture just left it padded and wrapped, my couch standing straight up in the living room, broke my head board in two places, ripped my $2500. mattress, broke my lamps, scratched the walls, left trash everywhere tape and plastic wrap, water bottles paper in the house and in front of the yard at both places. The list goes on and on and wanted full payment before the job was even finished almost 1300. Dollars .... this was the worst experience ever. I should have just got cousin Pookie and Ray Ray. to help me. SMH now I'll have to hire someone else to do the job they didn't finish, plus take off work!!! p.s. NEVER AGAIN. I live in a 2 bedroom apartment and yes I had.a 2 car garage but if everything in the garage is basically new. therefore it's still in the box. it took these 2 young boys 5 and a half hours to move my things. that's with me helping. 4 hours to pack and 2 and a half to unpack and that's only because someone came to help them. bc it was after 9 pm. one kept checking his phone. this was a horrible and expensive move. they practically milked the clock o me. taking one thing at a time to the truck. oh and let's not forget all the stuff that's still in the apartment. I used blue mule from a recent move to a new apartment and they were AMAZING. They had such great communication form the start and even arrived earlier than our time window. It was a hard job with the elevator being broken at my old apartment and it being hot in the peak of summer. They did not complain, nor did this cause them to take longer. Reye and his crew are amazing, I never thought moving could be this easy. I recently requested a move from Cincinnati to Dallas. Price: got quote from multiple companies, one came back $5000, the other $2000, and Blue Mule Movers gave me a quote for $1000 literally cheaper than me renting a uHaul truck and driving it by myself. Service: to set up the service was super easy, just once phone call and they kept constant txt msg update, through out the process. The crew is polite, efficient and hard working. The whole process, no complaint, no bull shit, no unnecessary conversations. They moved my house in less than 30 mins. Punctuality: for pick up they scheduled me on Monday morning, called me if they can come Sunday afternoon which I have never seen any moving company coming in early, that was fantastic. Extremely awesome moving service. From the beginning it was easy to get a quote and hire them. They contacted me via Thumbtack with an offer that was the best one I had received. And since I hired them within 5 days of receiving a quote, I got $5 off my hourly rate. Analisa with the booking team was so helpful and answered all of my questions. They do have a 2 hour minimum and then after that it's prorated every 15 minutes. Which I found to be the best deal out there. The two movers who came, Ray & Cameron were hard working, moved fast and efficiently, and knew what they were doing. We just had furniture to move as we had moved all boxes and other items ourselves. They made sure to blanket and wrap all items carefully and quickly. The biggest kudos I have for them is their professionalism. Throughout the move they were respectful and polite and interacted with us. Cameron even found $40 when he was taking apart our couch and handed it right to us. (I realize a lot of people would not have done that since we weren't in the room and were trying to stay out of the way and may have never known about it.) The guys worked hard, and were very carefully with out new house that had a fresh coat of paint on it. No nicks or dings or scratches. Nothing broken. I can not believe this place has the audacity to call themselves a company. I used this company Saturday to move me downstairs in the same complex. Two guys showed up WITH NO EQUIPMENT!!!!!!!! The guys were very nice and worked hard I'm not mad at them i blame this on MANAGEMENT. HOW DO YOU SEND YOUR WORKERS OUT INTO THE FIELD WITH NO EQUIPMENT!!! We had to use my dolly and my tools. I worked alongside them as if I was getting paid for the job. I was promised by this company when I paid the deposit that the guys would be able to take down my mounted TV. My TV is still up, my washer and dryer are still in the old apartment. My storage is still full. I cut the job off at 3 hours. The manager Annalise called me after it was over i explained my frustration she gave me a very minor discount and promised that the manager would call me Sunday morning. He didn't. What a shame!!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME USING THIS COMPANY. I forgot to add THE MOVERS TOOK A SMOKE BREAK WHILE WE WERE MOVING!!!!! I NOW HAVE TO HIRE ANOTHER COMPANY TO FINISH WHAT BLUE MULE STARTED. read more

We hired BMM to move our things from Cali - Louisiana! Prior to finding these guys in UShip we revived so many quotes that were way above our budget. We were told that we wouldn't find anything cheaper due to the distance. Rey gave us an amazing quote and was super responsive. Edwardo picked up our things on time (I believe he arrived earlier than scheduled which was great) - when I tell you it was one of the most professional moves I've had. My husband assisted but really didn't have to - Edwardo and company handled our furniture etc with proper care, wrapped, safely packed everything on the truck. Once we got to Louisiana, Rey was able to schedule a earlier delivery seeing that we moved earlier than expected - DJ unloaded our items and nothing was damaged or missing. He was super friendly and a joy to have dealt with. I will also add that our move took place during the pandemic and although scheduling was changed - TOTALLY UNDERSTANDABLE - BMM was able to work with our needs and even stored our items at their warehouse until we arrived to Louisiana. All in all I would definitely refer BMM to anyone moving! Wasted my time during a very short notice move. I corresponded with them over the course of a few days and answered/ asked various questions and received a verbal quote and confirmation of my dates. When I asked for the formal quote they went radio silent for nearly two days and then finally, after me having to follow up more than 5 times, told me they could not do my move. They were unresponsive during a critical time which cost me other moving opportunities because I believed I had a solid commitment based on our correspondence. They were extremely inconsiderate of the fact that I was working on limited notice, wasted my time and ultimately left me hanging. read more

I would recommend spending extra money to hire a professional company because cheaper was not better. It seems that this is a home based company due to a woman always being the point of contact when there are questions. The receipt that I received was not itemized and very basic detailing only the price. This caused problems when items were damaged and the only thing I had to confirm our negotiations was a verbal agreement along with a price. The movers did not arrive on time for the scheduled move. Upon arrival I was asked if I had tools to take my furniture apart. The items were packed tightly inside a long enclosed trailer pulled by a truck. I received a surprised look from the movers when the truck was almost filled and there was an additional pickup to be made for another job. Blu Mule tried to charge me for items that were covered by my inventory sheet that was not considered at the time of the move but was eventually waived. When the items arrived damaged I was told that a claim with the company will take 30 days. However, after the 30 days passed I was told it will take 40 days because it was a long distance move. Then I was told it will take longer for a resolution because a dispute was filed with the Better Business Bureau due to the shady dealings I experienced. This took place on 08/18/19 and I still have not been informed of a resolution. Be informed by my experience to stay away from a company that employ movers that appears to have just graduated from high school or do not have the moving equipment to properly perform the job at hand! read more

Completely AWFUL! They started at 9 am and were not done until 1 pm. One of the guys can run flip flops and they worked so slow and acted like they didn't want to be there. Then when they arrived at our new home, my husband and I had to take items from them and remove them and placed them where we wanted because again they were acting so lazy and walking so slow! They wouldn't even say a word when we attempted to speak to them. Then they pull out our living room tv and I commented on how it was slanted and leaning like it was about to fall over. They both looked at me and tried to say that all TVs lean like that. It was only when my husband mentioned it that they actually took a look at it and said that it most likely was their fault and we had to file a claim. Then when making a payment, the young man had to call three different people to find out who would be taking the payment over the phone because the three he called were busy or didn't want to do it. I heard his conversations with them. Over all, just so unprofessional. The only thing they did right was arrive on time. Do not recommend whatsoever. Made my special moving day bad. NOT $300 well spent. I do not recommend this company at all. read more

Good Move Gone Bad Blue Mule helped us move our furniture into storage and then back again several months later when our renovations were complete The guys were great. They wrapped everything and knew how to move. They charge hourly and they kept moving without break BUT when backing the truck into our driveway the truck ran over an adjacent Pavestone path and crushed a valve box which unfortunately was the hub for a main sprinkler line and three feeder lines which were also crushed My husband called right away and was basically told they wouldn't help us with repairs I thought he misunderstood so I called after the damage was repaired hoping they would split the cost with us I had to turn off the caller ID on my phone before they would pick up the phone and the girl in the office was so vigorous with her response it was like the small amount would come directly out of her paycheck I'm not going to fight with them but I would warn you: it could be a great move or not read more
