We chose this caterer for our picnic-style wedding. There were great reviews on Facebook and in some online searches. We chose a buffet style meal with southwest beef, their famous BBQ pork, fruit salad, coleslaw, etc. It was underwhelming. The meat was ok and all of the sides were straight from GFS or Sam's Club. While it was affordable ($11 per person) I would not choose them in the future for a wedding (which I'm hoping I will never have again--insert wink). read more
