I like what they stand for…read more During this difficult time, they've printed thousands of El Paso Strong t-shirts for the community and others not living in El Paso. They've donated proceeds to the El Paso shooting victims from the 8/3/19 tragedy. So far they've raised over $100 thousand for the victims. That's incredible! Although I haven't been to the shop, I ordered an El Paso Strong t-shirt and sticker off their website. They're swamped with orders right now. I was completely fine with waiting for the order. I'm interested in buying another shirt that says Amor por El Paso (Love for El Paso). I may also buy one or two more for family. I feel like their products would be great gifts, plus...it's for a good cause. I also like their El Paso Strong caps and stickers. I'll continue to support Proper Printshop. If you want an El Paso Strong t-shirt, you may have to wait days or weeks for one if you order online from them. Since it's for a great cause, I feel like it's worth the wait. There are others around town who are making shirts and products but aren't donating proceeds to the cause. I don't like that. If you want your money to go towards something meaningful, order from Proper, Chuco Relic and/or Viva La Mocha. They all donate to the cause. I heard there was long lines at their shop over the last few weeks. It might decrease as the days go by. Thank you for doing this, Proper. Thank you for helping the El Paso community. I forgot to mention, they gave out free shirts for Pride Month in June. They're awesome! I can't say enough good things about them!

The Proper Printshop is one of a few local shops who have committed to donating the proceeds of the tees to the victims families. I really appreciate this since it leaves a sour taste in my mouth for any business to profit off someone else's tragedy. As unfortunate as the circumstances are that made me discover this awesome shop, I'm grateful to have found this place and it will now be my go to place for all things printing. A week goes by and first excuse came up that his machine was down, 2nd week goes by and his employee was out so he wasn't able to finish up the order, 3rd week goes by and he just straight up says he hasn't started the shirts, at this point the event has already passed but I decided might as well get the shirts anyways since I already waited 3 weeks. Once the shirts were "ready" I show up to pick them up and that's when "his secretary forgot to call me" about some shirts not being able to fit the name in the back and other shirts he wasn't able to print them due to something about his machine not working with the type of shirts we got (athletic polyester) so out of 15 shirts I got about 12 and that's when he has the audacity to charge me 40% above what he quoted me because of shipping and other charges he made up along the way. I was upset and didn't want anything else to do with this guy so I just paid and left, never even went back for the missing shirts and he never called me about them so I'm sure he never made them. Terrible business, terrible service and the shirts were cheap and he didn't even print them he basically put an iron on decal, you're better off buying shirts yourself and using a sharpie.

I enjoyed speaking with Tracey about our hospital's requirements for the mask and she was very in tune and professional about giving us what we needed. I already had a good feeling about it and their mask sample was definitely the best out of all the other vendors! Not only did we sell out of the first 50 cotton masks we got from them, but the next 150 polyester masks were just as successful! They truly know what kind of material is in demand and how to execute the best, long lasting embroidery. I'll also admit that a couple of times, i had miscounted some masks and thought i was short one each order. But even when i asked Tracey about it, she was very patient and kind to help me try to work it through, and even suggested to provide me one more. But thankfully i would figure it out again and realize the order was perfect, so i would never have to question the accuracy of the order! Lastly, my friend and I just went to the Rhinos hockey game when it was ladies night. First 25 ladies thru the door gets a free t shirt designed by them! They had 3 wonderful choices to pick from as well and they made it for you right then and there at their table set up! How amazing is that??? They are also beyind generous and have made so many donations to organizations and kept giving free t shirts for the night during the t shirt throws! The cost for the everything embroidered flag, frame and mounting was less than I expected. Shipping cost was reasonable. It got here well packaged & protected.
