Today I went, pulled up to the speaker at the drive thru and was told give my name for my online order. I said I didn't order online. Apparently there was a change week ago that drive thru is ONLY for online order pickups, and that if I want to order I have to go in. Now I'm not handicapped and could very well park and go in, but there is a reason why I go thru drive thru. Its for the convenience of not having to get out of the car.
