I felt so bad for the girl taking orders because she was freezing! I will add this one on my list of food trucks I will come back for.

After grabbing our beers I noticed a food truck out back and since the lines were so long at the festival we didn't have the chance to eat anything just yet. So we sat down outside and enjoyed our beers and then I said let's go check out the food truck and see what they have. It was a super cool looking truck and chill af out back so we looked the menu over and spoke to the guy working about their food and he was super friendly and helpful to which I really enjoyed chatting with about local food establishments and breweries. I ordered: - The Vegan One (Outstanding and maybe one of my all-time fav sandwiches) - Pickle Tots (Wow Wow Wow, insanely good) This food truck might be one of my favorites in the city and I cannot wait to try them again. I would love to see them offer more sushi burrito options (currently only 3 on the menu) or a build your own style option. The sushi rolls are simple, but yummy. This is a good spot if you're craving simple, fast casual seafood, with quality ingredients. The staff have been so kind too!

Their cheese sauce is thick, rich, and the best I've ever had. It is a smooth, well-bound consistency with no hint of the oily separation that plagues so many mac-n-cheese sauces. The asparagus was fresh, and a good balance of crisp and tender. The tomatoes were beautiful and flavorful smushed orange balls. It was a wonderful combination.

Since it's a food truck, there's not too much to say about it other than it's a nice yellow color that reminds you of cheese. For dinner on this day I decided to go with the buffalo chicken Mac and cheese while my wife went with the lobster Mac and cheese. There was maybe a 5 minute wait between ordering and our food being ready and afterwards we headed back to our house to eat. My buffalo Mac and cheese ended up being quite good as both the buffalo chicken and blue cheese added great flavor to the dish. However, as it should be, the Mac and cheese was the star. The pasta itself was cooked nicely and the cheese sauce had a great flavor to it. There was an ample amount of it too and which means that I was able to enjoy Each and every piece of pasta. My wife really enjoyed hers too and we were both pleased that the lobster wasn't exorbitantly priced. The bottom line for me is that I would head back here again in the future. Both my wife and I enjoyed our Mac and cheese and I would be interested in trying more of their flavors.
