You will always feel like you're being rushed out whenever you're there there have been several occasions where I have booked appointments for me and my sister and we walk in and that only one of us can be done even though when I called, they said that they can take us both, my last straw was the fact that my sister walked in a few minutes before I did as I was parking the car when I enter the salon it's literally just my sister there with four employees I'm confused and I'm asking where should I sit? No one is saying anything so I say I'm going to the bathroom really quick they say no problem I come out my sister is drawing her toenails and they tell me. Oh no no we cannot do your pedicure because we are closing even though online it states that they close at seven and every time I go in there they tell me that they close at 7:30. I was very confused because it wasn't even seven yet And all I was asking for was a pedicure. Again, as I said, the quality of work really wasn't up to par but I once about 3 to 4 times because it was convenient and close for me and I wasn't getting any crazy designs so it's really not that hard to mess up a regular gel mani with no designs. If you're the type of person to get regular polish on your Mani and patties, I do not recommend I repeat do not recommend this place. Your nails will be chipped within 30 minutes after leaving the salon. It's like the whole staff is lazy and doesn't wanna make any money they do not listen to you. They do not give you the color you want nor the designs Because they are completely capable of doing so all they do is regular manicure and pedicures so the fact I couldn't get a pedicure and I was boarding a plane the same night so what other nail salon would be able to do my pedicure this late? I'm really bothered and confused by this as someone who owns the Salon myself I would never do this to Client me you and your sister can come get a pedicure, but my sister gets a pedicure and I'm told sorry we can't do you because we close although Google says otherwise as well as employees previous telling me that they close at 7:30?? There's too many good nail salons out and Huntington, especially lawn for us to give this business our money. They are very highly priced the quality of their work and their pricing does not match up at all. I've gotten new sets of acrylic was full designs on every finger for less than I have with basic gel was an extension with them. I'm so disgusted and heartbroken that these people could be so inconsiderate and rude at the same time speaking to me like I was a child when in fact, they are in the wrong? You have a sign on your door that says everyone must wear a mask, all the employees are wearing masks and then when I politely ask her to put one on you give her free service? I couldn't believe it. It was as if I was in the wrong while I was actually following their policies. Like I said, embarrassing. This nail salon charges exponentially more than others in the area. I was in last Wednesday for a gel manicure, they charge $40 for this. I had powder gel on when I arrived so they had to remove that first. They charged me an additional $10 for removing the powder gel without telling me they would do that. NO other salon charges you to have gel removed if you're going there to get another gel manicure, which I was. Their gel color selection is awful, their powder gel color selection is worse. And yet, they charge much much more than other salons in the area. For what? The horrible classical music playing on repeat? The nail equipment that they use on you and throw back into the same box they'll use on the next client? No sterilization, no cleaning, I was completely grossed out. They use the same pink reusable nail clips for each client without washing in between clients. They use the same nail clippers and buffers from client to client, I watched it first hand. My gel manicure is chipping and it's been 5 days. I don't know why people love this salon but for the price, they should clean their equipment and a gel manicure should last for a minimum of 2 weeks.
